No More Debt / Unlawful retention of monies paid

I approached No More Debt for assistance in August 2016. After paying R7000 upfront on the 25th August, they promised that a Valuator would be sent to my premises, "within a week or two". After a "week or two" I phoned to follow up and every time Mariette Raubach had an excuse. I then waited another "week or two"only to be given another set of excuses. I finally phoned the lawyer they referred me to who then informed me that no instruction had been given to send out a valuator neither had sufficient fees been paid over. This after I had been assured that this had been done. I then cancelled with them. Now Jacques Odendaal is refusing to repay the money I have paid over to them, despite no progress on my application. I approached a lawyer who found the retention of fees to be unlawful. Jacques Odendaal is still refusing to repay my money and in doing this left me in an even bigger predicament. After investigating this, I found various other people that he has done this too as well. It seems to be the norm with No More Debt Centurion
