I ordered a 30 day trial supply and paid shipping (credit card) of $6.95. I got in several bottles, but no invoice or indication that something else was due. Then, about 3 weeks later, they charged $99.85 to my credit card. I called and they told me all I could do was send it back and they would no longer charge anything. They would not explain why they sent 90 days worth of product when the "free trial" was for 30 days (most of bottles had 90 days supply in the same bottle, so I couldn't have just used 30 days unless I opened the bottle). I feel like this is fraud and I will not order anything else that is promoted all by itself, instead, I will order from retailers who have online catalogs.

NonRelievedKaren: Get to the web site of your state's Attorney General and file a complaint. It takes just a few minutes and it's worth it. You can also complain through your state's Better Business Bureau. I'd go through the AG first though. Good luck and let us know the result.

These same things happened to me just a few days ago. Called their "customer svc" to complain about a charge of 99.85 billed to card, was told to send back remaining amt of orig. trial order, and money would be refunded. This morning two days later, I open my email to see that they have now sent another order? I will have to cancel my debit card Monday morning, and I know from reading the complaints that I will never receive my refund, I can only stop the future attempts of scamms!

Another problem with this company is that they are inaccessible by E-mail. You will be forced to call them, because they do NOT answer your messages—and not everyone has the time/patience to hang on to the receiver. After I finally got a hold of them, I was told I was supposed to return a certain number of capsules in the containers. As I, very upset, told the teller, there was NOTHING in their web site on that matter. What a rip-off! The good news is, you can go to their own web site and let everyone know the problems you had with NR: http://forum.naturalrelief.com. How sweet is that?
;-)
PS: You can also go to the Federal Trade Commission and file an official complaint: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov. These guys will take your complaint VERY seriously, unlike Natural Relief for Women!

I had the same thing happen to me. I was angry for these people to do business this way. This is wrong and THEY KNOW IT. How long will these people get away with this fraud of credit card? I did not authorize them to send me extra products and CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. This is CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

YES! These people are SKAMMERS!
I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months, and have been charged $102 a month for 3 months now, along with several "shipping and handling charges" of $3.97, $1.50, $1.25, etc. I at first got an automated

I can't talk now, because this has caused such a fight with my boyfriend that we now seem to be breaking up.
