Nationwide Business Bureau Collection practices

Nationwide took over my Chase Credit Card account. I had made an agreement of monthly payments that would be taken out each month. One each month. I recorded these payments faithfully each month. In July my checking account was overdrawn due to NCB taking 2 payments that month! I talked to a Rep. and they said, "Well the good news is you only have one more payment. Big deal I'm broke and paying overdraft fees! The end of Aug came and my account is overdrawn and I'm paying overdraft fees again NCB took out two payments in Aug.! They charged me twice! Of course they put the blame on the bank. It was supposed to go through in Sept. but said they had to put in early because of the weekend! This time it was $60 in overdraft fees!

Nationwide Business Bureau Scam/Fake and Misleading Website

This company is a fictitious website created and owned by professional home modification scammers Dave Wilner and Jason Glasser. They have owned and created OnPoint Law Center, Financial Remedies, National Mod prep, National Modification Preparation, Citizens Financial Group, Alliance Processing, Unified Assistance Group, NuVision Relief Center, Integris Support Services, American Mortgage Advisors, and now Specialty Mortgage Group. If you look at the string of complaints starting with OnPoint you will see the various companies they have created and then shut down, only to restart another company with a built in false positive reputation on the NBB to support to the client that they are a good firm to move forward with in paying large home modification advance fees. The comments on the companies listed on the NBB are all the same or very similar and they all have almost or 100% positive reviews. That is because the owners are the ones to place these comments to support their new created company, they have all the control of any reviews posted on the site. So if an unsuspecting client goes to post a negative review, they will remove it and it will not appear. The NBB was also created to counter the BBB lack of or negative reviews and history and create a false long term history of the new company name they just started. The owners and creators are Dave Wilner and Jason Glasser and you can google them and find all kinds of complaints and different company names they have created. They open, shut down, and reopen another advance fee home modification company all supported by the fake and false glowing positive reviews on their NBB site so clients have somewhere to verify they are legit. This is why the NBB does not resolve complaints nor get involved with any actual resolutions of any complaints, as it was created solely for the purpose of fake support for their new company names only, that is its function. They are personally based in North Carolina from CA but state most of their companies are based in GA, when in fact they are not, they just provide false addresses.
