This company is a complete SCAM! Do not work with this company and if you have already started working with them, file a complaint with the payment processing company you sent them the money thru. Apparently the owner of this company (details listed below) used to work for a reputable company who actually provides the services this company claims to provide. I started looking for help from the original company and was working with them to get help. Then all of a sudden I got a call from another guy who said he worked for the same company and that he would be dealing with my case now and that there was no need to contact the other guy at the old phone number and that I should use the new number he gave me. When it was time to pay he told me to send him a Paypal for $300 but it was a totally different company name.

Because I was so desparte I didn't even question the reason why (my fault I know) the company name was different. After a few weeks I started to wonder what was going on because I could never get in touch with anyone. So I called the old company and they told me that I had been lied to and that the guy had stolen my contact information and was trying to start the same business as the original company because he was fired for stealing from them. This Nate Nafso is a crook and a liar and if you don't want to lose your money you should stay away from this company.

After searching more information on this guy I found a website that has his name that says he is under investigation for elder abuse for stealing from old people and the California Department of Insurance says they are trying to find him for illegal activities. This guy is a thief and a scammer and even says that his name is "Richard Davis" when I was talking to him. Stay away from him or lose your money. You have been warned! If you have been burned by him contact your local authorities.

Thanks chargers. I hadn't even considered that. From what I can gather from the web and other sources Mr. Nafso (or is it Richard Davis, Ronald Clark, Edwardo Gonzalo, John Antonacci, etc...?) you are simply a young punk thief who stole my information from a company you used to work for and contacted me with lies and false promises. A simple search of the internet tells anyone what they need to know, Naythem Nafso and John Antonacci just happen to be friends on each other's Facebook profiles. A google street view of the address at the state's website shows that you are working out of what must be your mommy or daddy's house (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=8441+BRIGGS+DR&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=8441+Briggs+Dr, +Roseville, +CA+95747&gl=us&ei=n8BBTZbBNpLCsAOR5_zHCg&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CBYQ8gEwAA) and if what chargersforlife maintains is accurate you collected a fee from me in November under false pretense which makes you guilty of a crime which will be reported TODAY to your county and state authorities as well as the BBB and every other website I can think about!

It is obvious that you are trying to do some form of damage control, but the web is viral and the story will spread. My lender told me that neither NAFSO VLM or anybody else could've gotten me a 25% reduction as it is a violation of securities laws to reduce the payment in such a way. You are a liar Mr. Nafso and no amount of damage control will change that. You will be seeing fraud charges soon enough.

And by the way "Mr. Gonzalo" and "Mr. Antonacci", if you are truly who you say you are and they have been successful, why don't you post a copy of your new agreements to this page to put all of these claims to rest for good?

m5646, please send me your email address as we are working on lawsuit against "Richard Davis" surprise, not even his real name. Naythem Nafso would be his real name and he used to work for a company called Hope for Car Owners, where he stole client information and has been contacting them under the pretense that he runs this huge business. He actually lives and works from his bedroom in his moms house, and does nothing. I shouldn't say does nothing, he does frequent the poker rooms here in the Sac valley. Try looking for him there.

I was scammed too by Richard Davis. I filed a complaint with the BBB 3 weeks ago and just today with the California Attorney General's Office. He NEVER contacted my bank although he stated his 'processing department' did on two different occasions. I asked for proof of this (names, phone numbers, etc.), and he has yet to respond to that email. He is falsely advertising too on his website stating his company "as seen on Yahoo Finance, MSNBC, etc." If you go onto these websites, there is not mention whatsoever of his company.

I have been trying to work with Richard Davis at Vehicle Loan Modifications and yes, I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. NOw my truck was repoed, I don't have the full funds to get it back and I need it for medical reasons as in spine surgery. So now I have legal working on getting it back and try to come up with more money to get my truck back which is pretty hard when you are on L&I and SS. You can believe I am going to pursue this place and Richard Davis, Michael and Steven. It have already contacted the TV station and newspaper as well as the BBB. I have just begun to fight.

Apparently these accounts by "laatschy" and "chargersoflife" were both created by a guy named "Patrick Freeman." Allegedly, NAFSO VLM worked for him at one point, and went off to start his own business like any smart business man would, athough Patrick didn't seem to be too happy. As someone who was involved here is the story. Patrick Freeman owns www.carloanmod.com AKA Hope 4 Car Owners and in addition to all the shady business practice he performs at location 147 Iron Point rd Folsom, CA 95630 he is also attempting to ruin the reputation of all his competitors. NAFSO vlm is the third KNOWN victim he has badgered through online forums and complaint boards. Considering how short of a time NAFSO VLM has been in business, it's highly unlikely they are receiving this many complaints. Also the person complaining seems to know ALOT about the owner of NAFSO VLM's person life. I wouldn't call that a coincidence. Patrick Freeman is behind all this and he will most likely be posting after this with some sort of illegitimate rebuttle. Please ignore all future posts on this topic.

So if what your saying is true, 25% reduction in about a month, then that means you've been operating in the state of CA without a valid business license until Jan 3rd. Big no no. In fact it's considered criminal, You've been collecting fee's since November 7th 2010. For what I can find your license wasn't valid until Jan 3rd 2011.

I was told by NAFSO VLM that they could get up to a 40% payment reduction on my auto loan. The entire process took about a month or so but they ended up getting me a 25% payment reduction on a $550 payment. But every dollar saved counts so I couldn't complain about a $140 per month lower payment.

Anyways Thanks NAFSO VLM, I disagree with this post

Joseph from San Diego? Funny, didn't you, Nayte (aka Richard Davies) and myself all meet up for drinks a couple of years back down in the Gaslamp. Considering the owner of NafsoLVM grew up in San Diego. And you Joseph are his best friend. Didn't know you had a Honda. I remember driving around in a 2009 Beamer.

I recently went through NAFSO VLM to get a loan mod on my Honda Accord. Everything was completed a few days ago and I did end up getting a fairly large payment reduction. The entire process was very pleasant and I went on google to search for NAFSO VLM so I could write a yelp review and ended up finding this website. There are always going to be people who have similar and different experiences with a company, but I can only say good things about NAFSO VLM. I was in a financial strut, couldn't afford my car payment, and these guys ended up helping me out SIGNIFICANTLY. So from my experience, I would recommend NAFSO VLM to anyone who needs help lowering their car payment.

P.S. I would take all reviews (including my own) with a grain of salt. I worked at a car dealership once and all the dealerships in the area would write bad reviews about each other to make themselves look good.
