I am having a Consumer No. 2349with the Muthumani Indane Gas Agency, R-sector, BHEL Township, Trichy-620014. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27.09.2007 .They are demanding to book for gas only after 21 days from delivery date and they take another 10 to 15 days for delivery.Ultimately they take around 25 -30 days per delivery. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.
I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively. Someone suggest what to do.

I am holding connection no.28156 in Muthumani gas agency, R sector, BHEL, Trichy.
I am told that minimum 21 days iinterval should be there
from the date of receipt of the cylinder to book for a second
cykinder. Even after booking, they take another 15 days to 20
days to deliver the second cylinder.Whereas the it hardly comes
for 35 days. Again we had to run door to door in the neighbourhood
in search of cylinder.we don't have any electrical appliances for
cooking. It is my kind request that either the min period 21 days
should be reduced to 15 days or the delivery should be within a
week atleast. My second complaint is that the cylinder supply
comes frequently. Still, whenever we ask for the cylinder, always
they say that supply shortage. Please, investigate it sir. I request for

Me too a Indane Gas consumer at Karuppaiah Agency at KK Nagar face the same problem. The Authorities have to take necessary action to benefit consumers.
