Morris Property Management / Horrible, unresponsive property managers

HORRIBLE, UNRESPONSIVE PROPERTY MANAGERS - Judy Rose, the President has no conscious. Dave Hendershot, the Residential Rental Division Manager and Robbie Tenpenny, the Property Manager are incompetent. No one in the company seems to know how to return a phone call. They'll run your property down and then charge you an incredibly amount to fix it when the tenants have had enough. By the way, they won't call you to ask you if it's okay to spend your money, they just do it! They take forever to rent out your place and then the tenants only stay for a year just to get away from the unresponsive managers. Then they give away the security deposit and you're left fixing up your thrashed house with your own money and you have a vacancy for 2 to 4 months again. If you're a property owner, don't use Morris Property. The say they will hold themselves Accountable, but they don't. Don't hire these people, use someone with ethics instead.
