I would appreciate to follow up on a order that I PAID for and was placed through your organization. I do not understand what is the issue, except I have nothing to show for my money and no response. To date I still have not received my product. Here is some information:

As for patience, how can I have this when you cannot tell me when my products are arriving? I only listed the product as gift as you informed me to save the 30.00 USD, not to make the shipping obsolete. I respectfully request a true update and hope that my transaction is truly a secure one. I wanted to open more business and had started setting up a site to do this with your company in mind. But if you cannot update or even have my product within a month, would not be a satisfactory relationship.
I leave this in your hands, but realize that either want to become a partner, or someone who has not entered into this in good faith and with my money at risk.
Again, I respectfully ask for an update and a time this arrives to my door.

After 2 months of waiting and looking at a "tracking" number, I am finally to believe I have been scammed out of almost 1, 000.00 for electronics. The sales person, Luke Ye will not even respond or update and says be patient. I said 2 months is too long and I want my money back. After this they do not respond nor reply to any actions. I do not where to go, but know there are honest businesses in China, but this one may be the rotten apple. I want my money returned and do not want any product, but it looks like I will have nothing for my money. Please do not buy from this business !
