Microtek / No service provided

I have bought this inverter for the last 2 years. Till date no one has turned up to check the inverter. Now the inverter is having some problem but the company has no reps to come and attend the complaint. The local dealers are charging huge amount for checking. If the company rep could come and help out it would be great.

    I also faced the same problem.I buyed Microtek Inverter and there was no after sale service.This shows Microtek only believes in selling of product but do not want to maintain their customer.

    Infact one of my friend buyed True Power Z Series Inverter. Its a best Inverter. True Power provides best after sale service and hence satisfied its customer.

    There is no any service from your dealer of jalgaon. I have purchased a microtec invertor from suman enterprises who is authorized distributor for exide batteries also. I have a purchase bill no.779 of dated11.11.2006 but from the date of delivery to till today the said dealer have not given any service to me. Is this type of sales after service by you. If i know the such type of dealers network you have we never suggest to anybody to purchase a inventor of made by microtec.

    WE BROUGHT ONE MICROTEK INVERTOR AT VARANASI FROM PERFECT SYSTEMS. IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2006 FOR Rs 11,400 650 VA ALONG WITH BATTERY OF EXIDE MAKE. THE SUPPORT OF THE VENDORS IS SO PATHETIC HE DOES NOT RESPOND TO OUR CALLS WE ARE COMPLAINING SINCE 3 MONTHS THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONCE AND HE IS NOT BOTHER TO CALL BACK. WE ARE REALLY FED WITH THE PRODUCT. TILL TO DATE HE HAS NOT PROVIDED EVEN SINGLE PM CALL. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE YOUR PEOPLE PROVIDE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY ARE SO MANY OTHER BRAND IN THE MARKET SUCK KIND OF ATTITUDE WILL MAKE THE CUSTOMERS ANNOYED AND SURELY THEY NOT RECOMMAND YOUR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

    We too bought one invertor from Microtek before 5 months.Within this period three times problem occured and for making them to attend the problem i made nearly more than 10 calls for each time.Still then the problem is not rectified.I am very much unstatisfied with the invertor as well as mirotek after sale service.If they continue to work like this i would certainly continue to take this as legal issue and make them to answer in consumer court.
