i;m disabled, have seizures was left many times by metro access...drivers are very nice or honest, tell dispatch that you are not where they are to pick you up for return rides home...4 2 13 and 4 4 13 i was left by myself in areas you shouldn't be alone...i'v tried to warn them something may happen if they didn't listen... someone died being left after daliysis..they make you late for your appts or people disabled trying to get to work.. there are so many horror stories, even two rapes now...no one seems to care about us just about the money...they are very rude, nasty, curse a lot...some even fight other people... please help...god bless
I called reservation at 4:25 pm and was on hold for approximately 13 minutes and the call was hung up. I think it is unfair to call before the closing time and be on hold and noone accepts your call and just hangs up the phone and go home for the day. This is so unprofessional.
