Ordered a new Kodak M1020 digital picture frame from OnTimeDigital. Product came from Mega Wholesale. The frame did not come in original manufactures box with all included accessories as outlined on OnTimeDigital website. Product was wrapped in bubble wrap. Frame will not work correctly - it would not stay shut off, nor would it display correctly. I was sold a used defective product. (I had purchased this same item in a local store so I know how a "new" one is to be packaged and sold). They also did not send a copy of the invoice, and you cannot retrive it from the website once you finish "buying" online so you cannot even send in to manufacturer to have it repaired. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If only I had found this website earlier then I wouldn't have been scammed by them. I ordered a camera from them since they had the lowest price. I received an email saying that my order was waiting for my phone confirmation, I had never seen this before. When I called, the salesman on the phone said the camera didn’t come with a battery and that I could buy a 10 hour battery(his exact words. ) He claimed the camera came with a slow 20 hour charger and asked if I wanted to upgrade to the faster 1 hour charger. THERE IS NO 10 hour battery and THERE IS NO 1 hour charger. These people are liars and will rip you off if you agree to any of their extra terms. Canon’s web site shows exactly what comes in every box and it INCLUDES a battery and charger. Stay away from these guys.
