www.MedsReport.com and Luke Lumpkin is a is a fraudulant start up company looking for funding in the USA ... They hired my company to do some work for them... After the work for complete and fully accepted, they asked for 14 days to pay the invoice... That was over 2 months ago and now they refuse to pay for the services rendered.
Luke Lumpkin is a houston based individual that claims to be the CEO of a startup company called MedsReport.com ... In actuallity the guy is an employee for a company called http://www.shadwelloil.ca at the moment. The actual company MedsReport.com is based out of Canada. When i contacted the company owner Terry Pitcher [protected]@medsreport.com in regards to the unpaid invoice and the mishandling of the issue by Luke Lumpkin... The owner and his representatives simply said ... "Luke is a Licensed reseller of our product line in the USA and we accept no responsibilities for any unpaid invoices of MedReport in the USA market. How Luke conducts his business is up to him and we cannot get involved" ...
If you are thinking of doing any business or investing with this company ... look elsewhere. I thought it was my civic duty to let everyone know that www.MedsReport.com and Luke Lumpkin are Frauds and a Scam.
Although Mr. Luke Lumpkin engaged in unethical business practices. The real owners of the business contacted us and resolved the issue at hand by cordially agreeing to pay for the services rendered. I harbor no ill will towards that company and Luke Lumpkin is no longer associated with the company in any shape way or form. The fault was all his and not the company's ...
