I ordered some mbt shoes from a site called multi brand store, the next day I could not find the site. I just received the shoes in great time, 6 business days and I did not realize they were coming from china. I would not ordered them if this were the case. I checked my other pair of mbts and something seems off about the new ones they don't seem like they have the same shape .Like how normal mbts are very round almost difficult to balance in them.I just hope that the price I thought I was paying for them comes off the credit card.Because the ems shipping form they came with says 390.00 I don't know if that is dollars or chinese money.

Scienceteachey:

Thank you for your advice. I just received 2 pairs of fake MBT from http://www.mbttoday.com. Unfortunately, in Hong Kong, the credit card centre is difficult to get the refund for me. But my bank suggest me to file a letter to them. I do not have much expectation to get back the money but hope others do not have the same bad shopping experience with me. Your advice is helpful. I regret that I did not do enough research before buying MBT from the Internet.

I'm having a similar problem with www.topsmbt.com. I did not do enough research before buying these and saw them for such a good deal that I went ahead with the sale. After reading about these fraud websites later that same day I emailed topsmbt.com (the only way to contact them of course, no 1-800 number, no live chat, etc). I've been in contact with them for over a week and I am getting nowhere. I told them to cancel and refund, yet they shipped days later anyways, and now they have ceased communication. Today I went back to their website and it has changed from a week ago when I purchased. They actually admit, now, to not being authentic MBT shoes. Isn't that just great. So I guess I'll see what arrives from China...if it ever arrives (some people on other complaints aren't even receiving any shoes at all!). I know I'm not getting a refund though, that's for certain. I've called my credit card and told them of the situation and the are sending me a dispute/investigation form. I recommend you do the same. I also had them change my account number because these fraud websites will use your information for identity theft, or just to charge you again in the case that your credit card deems them fraudulent and recoups the money.

Good luck to you.
