If you associate with this person, make sure he doesn't drink or get high and then get behind the wheel, as he's liable to do it. He's been arrested for it, and someday he's going to kill somebody. Don't ride with him. And the strange thing about it is, he's this sanctimonious meddling bully who's long had a thing for policing other people's friendships and relationships.
He was arrested in Santa Fe, New Mexico on June 17, 2011 for DUI; wonder what he was intoxicated with? He harasses people for even occasional use of pot and tries to break up their friendships with other people. If you're his friend, then you have to clear all your other friendships with him. So if it was pot that got him arrested for DUI, it would be too rich. God knows how long this problem has gone on while he's been policing everybody else's lives.
Another thing about Mr. Clean: he was arrested for indecent exposure by the campus police at the University of Texas at El Paso May 5, 1991. No idea who saw his weenie but maybe it was a little kid or kids. Ask yourself if you want somebody like that associating with your kids.
And he left West Point his junior year (or maybe was kicked out). Most people who leave military academies leave their freshman year because they don't cut it. Those who leave later often leave for unsavory reasons like violation of the academy's honor code (lying, cheating, stealing; tolerating lying, cheating or stealing) or maybe accusations of having committed a felony. I'm not saying Moulton did, mind you.
