Customer service is absolutely useless
I can't access my account. I have no idea what is going on! I'm using the same password as always but their site says that it is incorrect. Since I wasn't able to do anything myself I emailed Latona's customer service and asked them to help me with my password but I did not receive a reply. When I called they asked me to call later and when I called they did not pick up. I'm extremely disappointed with Latona's! Their customer service is absolutely useless.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
The rep wasn't so pleasant and sometimes he was rude with me
Couple of months ago I decided to sell my business through the company www.latonas.com. I spoke with the broker John, who started to lead me through the process, because it was my first deal. But I wasn’t pleased with the help and services, because the rep was too pushy and nervous. He could use a lot of swear words while we spoke about the sell and my company. It was unpleasant to deal with such person, but I wanted to express my opinion about this company only.
They warned me about the problems with transaction
I wasn’t happy that the website www.latonas.com turned to be dishonest and unprofessional. I sold the portfolio, but these guys called me and told that the transaction wasn’t smooth and there were some problems. I was shocked, because I rely on them and on their payment. I have my own website and recently I received the offer from the website www.latonas.com. The rep offered me good price for my website. He asked a lot of questions and basically all of them were about the prices, income and money in whole. I didn’t like how he spoke with me and how he asked about the income. I understood that he wanted to get my website and sell it for the larger sum later. He didn’t want to develop it. I refused and wanted to warn that this company was interested only in money.
They didn't help and no support from the staff
I wanted to sell my website and went to the website www.latonas.com in order to get help from the customer services. I was shocked that the rep refused to help me, but they wrote on the website that the support would be 24/7. I really needed money, so I decided to sell this website on my own. I found the buyer and sold it, but the price was too small. I was really disappointed in such services and attitude. The agent didn't provide info about losses and started to ignore me
I decided to try my hand in investing, so I decided to contact the agent from the website www.latonas.com. I spoke with him and he advised how much money to invest in order to get profit, also he provided a lot of different and useful info. Unfortunately, this guy didn’t tell me about losses. I hoped to get any profit, but I got nothing. I tried to contact the agent, but he didn’t reply. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
