I would like to complain against one Mr. Jagmohan Mahajan's office in Ludhiana. These people apparently provide ASTROLOGY services.
As asked by his assistant, I deposited Rs. 2, 100/- into his SBI account on monday, the 2nd of march 2015. The lady I spoke to told me they would call me on wednesday, ie on 4th as Mr. Mahajan is away on a trip to Amritsar.
Nobody called me on 4th, so I called them myself around 1-1:30 in the noon and the lady said she needs just 10-15 minutes to make the horoscope/chart and would call then but she didn't. Since then I have been calling innumerable times but nobody answers. I have 3 of their numbers but no response on any. I tried calling them from another line yesterday, ie on 5th but nobody answered. Today (ie 6th march), around 11am his assistant called back in response to the missed call that I had made from different number. When I asked her why she didn't call back as promised, she simply ended the call and since then no response again.
What should I make out from this behaviour? I just texted her asking them to return my 2100. I won't have anything to do with these people ever again, what they are doing is so unprofessional. I wasn't even given a proper reason. All they do is just not attend my calls. Why did they take the money if they didn't want to help me in the first place?
I just want my money back and would like to know how do I proceed.

As an update to my prev post...
On saturday ie 7th march, when I called, the lady at his office answered and told me they were closed for 2 days on account of the festival Holi on 5th and 6th. I was asked to call back on monday ie 9th to avail their astro services. When I asked her what happened on 4th when she told me she would call back in 10-15 minutes, she told me there were TV n Newspaper guys on eve of Holi and so these people got busy attending to them n that's why she couldn't call me back.
Its 11th March 2015 today n I have still not heard from them. I was promised they would give me an astro reading / consultation on monday ie 9th march but nothing till now.
I have been calling since then but nobody answers my calls. They neither call me back nor return my money. They don't even have the courtesy to inform me via sms atleast as to what's causing the delay.
People with zero courtesy and zero professionalism. They are simply taking me for granted because my 2, 100 are lying in their account now and returning the amt is perhaps out of question.
I guess I simply have to wait for their call. When they are done with their so called other important things they might give calling me a thought.

Its 12th march 2015 and I finally got a call from those people this afternoon around 1.40. They spoke to me for about 19mins (for the Rs. 2, 100 that I had paid), in which I was asked to raise my astrological concerns n they were addressed, I was given some remedies to be done.
Apart from that, there was absolutely no apology for their behaviour all these days, no explanation whatsoever for not answering my calls. As I mentioned earlier courtesy is the last thing that could be expected from these people.
I have learnt my lesson n I have decided this was my last time to consult astrologers. I am not going to invest time or money in such people ever again.
I was called today (12th march 2015) in the noon around 1:40 by those people. I was asked to raise the astrological concerns that I had and was given remedies to be done. However, I wasn't given any explanation for their rude behavior and reason for ignoring my calls all these days and I really don't care anymore because this would anyways be the last time I would be consulting these people. I simply convinced myself that I paid them Rs.2, 100 and they gave me 19 mins of their consultation services. The deal ends here...that's it.
