Lagostina Pots review: customer services 2

First l called to see if they had the Sales item, for in the past l've called and was told they had eight and got there in 15 mins to found out they still had eight but couldn't find them, So this time l called and they employee working in the dept said yes we have five they're right in front of me, so l asked can you hold them my husband should be home from work in a couple of hours and he explain they can hold sales items, So l took a taxi to the Canadian Tire Upper James and purchased the Pot Set (65% off ) Lagostina and went home as l un-packed the pots of course the last on had a big dent in it so l called the store back and told the same employee, and ask if l had to return the whole set or just the one pot and l was told just the one pot so l said l cant make it for a couple of hours can you put aside the pot for me, he said he would have to speak to his manager Carol, and spoke to her and said no so l asked to speak with Carol who said they couldn't hold the item because it was a sales item, so l said l already bought the pots and one was damaged she still said no because someone else might want it...really l said l wanted it to and took at thirty dollar taxi ride there to get the pot set because your store wouldn't hold it, its not my fault its broken, she said again like l said we cant hold it in case someone wants it, l don't understand your reasoning for not holding me a pot seeing that if l take yet another taxi ride there and get the pot you will only have three sets instead of four anyways, , so whats the difference she said that people might want them before l got there so l asked for the owners name and ext which she said she didn't know so l called back and asked customer service its Mr. Black who was away of course so l called Canadian Tire Upper Gage explain the story to manger Irene who was more than happy to put the pot at customer service even though l did but it from there store, bye the way they also held the lawn mower that Upper James said they had eight of and yes it was a sales item...Upper Gage Canadian Tire for now on, its worth the extra time to get there.Kelly
