Kevin Riley (Personal Flight CAPACITY) review: Would not alter date of return of ticket even in the event of fathers death

I KEVIN Charles Riley from South Africa bought a flight ticket via Penttravel travel agency in South Africa.
I flew to Dublin on the following Flights LX289 From Johannesburg to Zurich on the 2nd Dececember 2010.
From Zurich to Dublin flight LX400 arrived in Dublin on the 3rd December 2010.
I am suppose to return to Johannesburg on the 18th of January 201i on flights LX401 AND LX 288.
My father has justed passed away after along illness. I was told by both your London and Dublin offices that I must produce a death cetificate because the ticket is non refundable. A death certificate is not easily obtained at short notice in South Africa. My flight details is 724-[protected]. I need to fly to South Africa by the 16th of December. I do not have money to buy another ticket. Can you please help me in this regard. I understand you have a bussinees to run but surely you are also human inyour dealing with people.
