Kaukab Al Sama Building Material Trading review: Zero not working on Fax Number 1

This is Aliasgar Hatimbhai Sales Manager of M/s Kaukab Al Sama Building Material Trading, Dubai. Our Phone Number is [protected] & Our Fax number is [protected]. This is to bring to the concern's person attention that after repeated complaint both at Baraha Etisalat Office & Call centre on 101, It has fallen to deaf ears. We have shifted our office on 19/07/2012 and applied for the shifting of our telephone and fax line. The problem of our fax number is, We are unable to dial any place except dubai.

Before 11/.08/2012, I had made couple of visit to Baraha Etisalat office for the same problem and they had sent emails to the concern department for rectifying the fault and didn't give me complaint number as they say that it is a sales order in which they cannot issue a complaint number to the customers.The complaint number issued to me on 11/.08/2012 by call centre (101) is 1404691 and was assured that the complaint will be resolved in 2 working days. But till date they are not been able to resolve the issue. They say that the line is not registered and is a minor problem which they can do it in minutes but I have no clue what is stopping them. I have repeatedly requested them and made them understand that this is a business line and it is causing a lot of inconvenience in my day to day work.

The call centre representative Mr. Zaher with whom I spoke on 23/08/2012 at 10.35 AM was very rude and showed no solution to my problem.

Please do the needful at the earliest as without fax not working properly, we cannot work.
