I purchased a new sofa and loveseat for my main living area from Raymour and Flanigan for the first time in 17 years. I have been unhappy with the product from the very first night it has been in my home. The company will not allow me to return my furniture, nor address my concerns about sizing. I paid my portion of the bill on time, without fail. And now...I want my money back and the furniture gone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
