On 1st May 2017 I ordered a ChiChiLondon dress from the website http://www.kabarummat.com/. I made the payment trough my credit card. I received a confirmation email for my order and a tracking number coming from China. One month later, on 6th of June, I finally received a confirmation from the postal office that my package har arrived. I was very surprised at the postal office when they handed me in a very small package in which under no circumstances the dress I ordered could have fitted. The postal officer told me she could open the package and that I could refuse it if it was not I what had ordered. Instead of the dress, the package contained a sports fake Burberry polyester blouse so I naturally refused the package. The package was returned to its country of destination, that is, China.
I contacted the company and they told me it was a mistake. Then they tried to offer me a discount for my next order, advised me to order the fake Burberry Blouse, blame the transportation company, etc, etc, but, at no point did they offer to make a refund, which is the normal thing to do.
They have no contact or company details on their website, except for a contact form. They replied to my messages from one of these emails: [protected]@topfashionsale.com; [protected]@topfashionsale.com; [protected]@topfashionsale.com; [protected]@topfashionsale.com, [protected]@topfashionsale.com.
I have found similar complaints about them here: https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/57936, https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/56146. It seems that they have several companies worldwide and that they always do the same, send a completely different item.
If you search Topfastionsales.com, you will find that they affiliated with many fraudulant websites, http://www.domicentere.com is one of them.
I ordered $100.00 pair of Supra shoes from www.domicentere.com and got a $5.00 pair of slippers a month after I ordered.
I received conformation of my order from Andrew@Topfasionsales.com after i ordered.
Why the email was not from domicentere.com, I don't know. I guess to try to confuse and make it hard to investigate.
What this Scam does... They take your order without giving you an arrival date. The package takes over a month to get to you from China.
This is not an American Company. The are in China. They do not send you what you order. If you order a $100.00 product, They in return send you a $5.00 product, just to show you that a shipment went out to you. When you receive it, You have to prove that they sent you the wrong product.
WE NEED TO STOP THEM. START POSTING ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND OTHERS...
I suggest to everyone...
First call you credit card company and file a complaint and "Charge Back".
Keep all emails for credit card company.
Keep photo or copy of webpage of product you ordered
Keep all packaging.
keep all packing slips.
Keep the product unused.
Bombard them with emails every day
I have purchased a swimwear from this website http://www.thebroccolibrothers.com amount of 75$. The transaction failed so I tried again and it finally went through. I emailed the customer service and they replied that the payment went through and everything is alright. I should have noticed the signs already but I kept going. In few weeks I have received my item, but instead of the bikini it was a 10 $ cotton underwear. I mean you gotta be kidding me! The response I ve got earlier was from this domain though zoey@topfashionsale.com. I mean how weird is that? After I tried to follow up but obviously nobody has got back to me ever. It's fraud, don't buy anything from this website ever! I am trying to dispute this with my bank. I doubt though I am gonna get my money back :(
Last month i ordered and paid thru my credit card a pair of forcefield knee protector from vibranttelefony.com ( with china tracking number ). Instead of receiving a knee protector they sent me a small bag. I emailed them andrew@topfashionsale.com and with series of mails they admitted that their partners made mistake in packing and asking me another 60% of the cost of the item if i want another knee protector to be sent to me. Beware if this site, I was scammed!
Yes. topfashionsale is a scam. Confirmed. Same problems as everybody else. Don't do it.
I tried to order a Schuberth motorcycle helmet from http://www.schuberthhelmetsusa.com/ and my credit card was rejected several times. I tried a second card and it was rejected also. When I contacted the company, I got an email back from grace@topfashionsale.com, which I thought was odd. She suggested that I use a bank transfer to purchase my helmet. That raised some more red flags and I told her that no, I wouldn't do that, it was either credit card or paypal. She wrote back and said they didn't have paypal and to try my card again. That's when I did the research and found multiple sites with complaints about topfashionsale.com (and the multiple web sites they run). I have since written back explaining my research into their fraud and told them I would have no more dealings with them. Next, I'll notify Schuberth of their scheme.
Did you manage to get your money back? I am also a victim of these cheats?
I ordered a Rebecca minkoff dress. I was suckered. Within 20 minutes my credit card was used in an autoparts store in China for $142. This is a scam big time!
Please call your bank immediately. They will get your money back for you within a week. And you will not have to send back the garbage they sent you. (I threw mine in the trash) This happened to me twice in the past 3 years and my bank charged back the fraudsters Mastercard.
I ordered a gift for my mother worth £120 off oaklawnmassage.com and got cheap £2 shoes instead. I also lifted an eyebrow when i reveived a package that those shoes i bought definately couldn't fir in. I wrote to them and they offered me 30% off the price in exchange for them to send out the right pair of shoes, but no refund. I'm not convinced that they have these shoes AT ALL! The email I was corrosponding with was also anna@topfashionsale.com. They haven't wrote back to me since I asked for the refund the 3rd time. I'm broke, and my mom didn't get her birthday gift thanks to these frauds. Money doesn't hang on trees when you aren't working or studying...
