It took 3 1/2 months of fighting with this company to get a refund for items they never sent me! I ordered bras worth $117 on 3/5/10, 2 weeks later after no response from email, I finally contacted them by phone regarding my order. Spoke with a customer service person and she told me only half my order was in stock. She said she would send what was available and credit my card for the rest. So after another 2 weeks, still no items and no adjustment to my credit card. I emailed them again about this and said I just wanted a full refund. They responded that they would refund my credit card but it would take 10 days. Over 30 days later still no refund. Upon doing research online, I learned how bad this company was, and I feared I would never see my money again. Frantically, I called their customer service number on a Monday between 9-5 about 10 times and only got voice mail- left lots of nasty messages. I even found the owner's cell phone number and left a message on his phone- it is based in Ontario Canada. I send multiple emails threating to report them to authorities if I did not receive a refund. I got an email response from them apologizing for the mistake, there was nothing the warehouse could do, and they would speak to the owner and get back to me. At this point I was fumed- based on advice of past customers that posted, I filed complaints to the Better Business Bureau (this company has an F rating!), the North Carolina Attorney General Fraud department, and the FTC. I emailed the company letting them know what I did and forward them the confirmation number of complaint filed from the FTC. Within an hour they emailed me back stating there was a money order in the mail that I will receive in a few days. I didn't know if they were just biding time and then make up some excuse that they send it out when I didn't get it. Plus what company sends you a money order when you put something on credit card! Well I can finally say that I got a money order for an exact refund in the mail today (2 days later). Thank goodness it didn't get lost in the mail since they only send it first class without any tracking number! What a horrible experience- save yourself the headache and stay far away from this site!
