This person represents herself as a racialist, esthetician and a person that can take care of your skin. After 3 hours of negotiation and training she did not know how to hold product straight and hold the package upright, instead opened it from the opposite side and spilled it all over. Has no manners, is very rude and inconsiderate, does not understand anything about skincare. Threatened and yelled, shouted like a spoiled three years old that did not get their toy. Do not trust your face and body to her.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have seen Joycelyn now for 5 consecutive months and I am more than satisfied with the work she has done.
