The vendor from Jazzy Lace Wigs sells AWFUL lace wigs. The quality is beyond terrible! The hair on the lace wigs is NOT Indian Remy as advertised, the hair has synthetic fillers mixed in. The lace is also extremely cheap and low quality. I would never suggest buying a lace wig from her, you will be highly unsatisfied and extremely disappointed. The hair will tangle within a few days because it's cheap human hair mixed with synthetics. Stay away from Jazzy Lace Wigs, do not order from her website and do not purchase in person. She will sell you a dream, but the wig will turn into a nightmare!

Sad but I believe most of these comments. I too was a loyal customer to Ms. Jazz. I was a loyal customer before she remodeled her rat infested basement. My sister and I have purchased well over 2 dozen wigs from here over 6 years and most of the times I always got a good wig because I took my time and looked at the wigs she would bring downstairs. Although she did sell a bad #33 wig to my friend! The dog Coco was always barking and loud but we dealt with it. I noticed her customer service started to change over my last year of purchasing from her. She would rush you in and rush you out as if she was running an illegal operation. Then on top of that she convinced me to buy a bee wig that was out of budget and it ended up being horrible! After that I called her and told her about the hair quality and wanted to make a purchase on a new wig at a discounted rate! She refused to help and I saw a side to her I never would imagine after being such a nice loyal customer to her. So don’t trust her! She’s all about money and needs to be shut down!
Jasmine is a nice person, her dog is not a problem.
Someone needed to report her long time ago, she's very deceitful people like jazzy should be held accountable for her actions, people work hard for their money not to be scam out of it.Aliexpress is another one too I bought a wig from them supposed to be 100%Brazilian but instead it's synthetic. 350 dollars is a lot of Money.
I too had a very negative experience. I, like Classy Chic started purchasing the Brazilian full lace wigs. However, it shed after the first week and never stopped. I called Ms. Jasmine, and she was not helpful, just very rude and confrontational. My friend ordered a Brazilian wig and was told she could color it . When she colored it to lighten it, half the hair responded well and the other fake fibers remained dark and the texture changed. As a licensed cosmetologist, I know the difference between synthetic and human hair. I must say the vendors overseas are selling very bad hair and businesses like Jazzy are making money from unsuspecting clients, who trust them to protect their clients from fake merchandise. Jazzy, has proved she is not consistent with quality merchandise, only taking money with no customer support. Shame on you Ms Jazz! SW
I wish she would stop advertising with those large banners all over the neighborhood. Anyone who buys from her is a fool. You can get the same wig directly from the vendor she uses for half the price.
I disagree with those comments. I have been purchasing wigs from Jasmine for about five years and my experiences have been 90 percent favorable, especially after switching to Brazilian Human hair. Currently, I have four wigs from her that are still in good condition. There's one that i have over one year with 130% density. I purchased it May of 2012. There's another one that I purchased August of 2012 and it's still in good condition as well. In February of 2013, I bought the Malaysian but did not like the texture or feel of it but i still have it. And June 1st of 2013, I purchased another Brazilian with 150% density and it's wonderful. I am not saying that the reviewers did not have unfavorable experiences but my good experiences out weighs the bad, especially since I switched from Indian Remy to Brazilian. About the dog...he's just a sweetie pie, very harmless. D
so sad that these comments are all true .. i too am a victim.. i spent 300 on a two toned lace wig and it was a terrible buy.
OK so i bought a wig from this, I don't know what to call it so I will call it a hole in the wall on one of the most dangerous blocks in the Bronx, anyway i have the wig for about two weeks when i put it on one day to notice3 it was unbearably matted i couldn't believe it i immediately called "jazzy" and i told her about the horror i was going thru she said ok come by and i will see what i can do when i got there a toothless old lady i presume it was her mom started acting confrontational and said "if we were Korean u wouldn't have taken this wig back she wet my wig and then told me i was getting loud and told me to leave, after i traveled a half an hour to get there needles to say she is very mean she has a scowl on her face she doesn't give receipts so don't forget to ask in case u decide to buy this horrible hair and need to take it back u will have a leg to stand on, , , , , p.s. if u don't mind a snappy dog bothering u while u r conducting business t
Lena OMG YOU WERE SOOOOOO RIGHT FIRST OF ALL IM GOING TO BE REAL WHEN I FIRST FOUND OUT ABOUT JAZZY WIGS I WAS SO HAPPY UNTILL MY LAST TWO WIGS I WAS SOOOO DISATISFIED LIKE U SAID AFTER A WEEK THE WIG U PAID WELL OVER $200 MINE AS WELL HAVE BEEN A CHEAP SYNTHETIC WIG FROM THE BEAUTY SUPPLY i WAS SO DISAPPOINTED LADIES OR GENTS THE WIGS HAVE WENT DOWN HILL AND JUST DOWN RIGHT RAGGEDY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR CAR FARE PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME GO ELSEWHERE...:(
