There are obvious ties between CHARLES GEBELL and at least the three organizations listed above but they continue to deny it, WHY? I'm sure that there is alot more research that can be done but I've spent enough time and this is enough information to give me good enough reason to not do business with them. There has been an awful lot of cover up for these organizations as well as on this board by employees, managers, and principals of Bluewater Partnersip BUT...

These guys just called me about my Mercedes - after putting my car on swap-a-lease I have gotten several other calls from similar sketchy people. THIS IS MOST LIKELY A SUB-LEASE. It is a SCAM - ALL BEWARE - I have heard horrible stories about sub leases.

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW! I ran across an add on Craigslist in Louisville Kentucky of a horse trailer-Take Over Payments-Call Nick. 1st time I talked to him(who I think was Nick) just to get basic info about trailer. After 3 weeks and talking to my husband we decided to look into getting this trailer. Called back to a recording I couldn't understand.Called back several times and left messages, no return call.Wondering what the lady on the recording was saying, I used reversed number look up. The number belongs to this Blue water in Michigan.Googled it and found this site.So I do not know what to think.But so far I don't know if there is a "NICK", a horse trailer or what? I do believe in telling the truth and I will follow up and let you know one way or the other.

My Name is Dave Thomas and I've purchased a boat from Bluewater and have yet to have any issues or problems. They have treated me with the utmost respect and honesty and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am considering a boat, I make plenty to afford one, just after two divorces my credit leaves a bit to be desired. Working as an electronics technician on the offshore rigs provides me with plenty of time off work to drive where I need to check up on a company, and physically put my eyes on a vessel prior to purchase. Accusing someone is one thing, however, this person has presented some facts, that may or may not even apply to this company. I would suggest you investigate both the company AND the accuser prior to making a decision. In the meantime I am going to go to the place of buisness and meet with a human being before I decide to spend tens of thousands of dollars on anything.

I have a name of a officer you can talk to who can confirm this for you right away, and an attorney who can also confirm this too. I unfortunatley did and had I not been on top of it all and vigilant I would be in a much worse situation. They sent their employee out to buy from me, then sold the car off to another person by contract of which I did not sign, they did. Took money as a down payment, put it in their pockets, then wrote lots of bad checks that cost my bank lots of overdrafts. I also was informed that this whole ordeal is going FEDERAL so Bubba move over Chuckies coming soon and that could be literally so make sure theres lots of soap on hand...Im a lucky victim because I stayed on top of it all and took back my vehicle but I know and have talked to many who were not so lucky. Chuck is a black hearted heartless [censor] who goes by so many names, nicknames, alias names and pockets lots of the income to support his own life and I know that for a fact, you left a money order Chuckie in one of the vehicles you passed on to someone else and you crossed out who the money order was meant for and wrote the yacht club membership over it (guess what it got ripped up so your dues were not paid)...yet another tactful way they spend your money, how about the money orders and checks you sign other peoples signatures to did you not realize that is FRAUD? I dealt with International Marine and found out from a very very very reliable source that Chuck is running Blue Water Partnership. He can not run and hide, still owes me money and I got an email from someone today to passed on the news its going to Federal Court all his issues...Bubba move over Chuckies coming soon, and that could be literally if Bubba has his way, best hope theres lotsa soap there. Lucky for me I caught on, [censor] costed me huge amounts of overdraft fees on the bad checks, still owes me, and got a huge down payment on my vehicle that never got applied to my vehicle, Ive since taken the vehicle back from the people who they literally did a contract with and guess what I NEVER signed it but yet I am the owner of the vehicle, so yet another fraud...did you ever think about the fact your signing checks and money orders with other peoples names and cashing them for your own use and how that is FRAUD...you will get your day! Hello everyone I work with Bluewater Partnership Group and I want you all to think about one thing if you are contemplating on using our company to purchase a Boat, Vehicle or RV. First off we have well over 100 accounts between Boats, Cars and RVs and I can give you names and phone numbers for every single one of them. Just ponder one this for a good second... If this company has that many accounts and we really were screwing people, don't you think we would have alot more than 1 Guy, who isn't even a client of ours and never has been might I add, complaining? I have done many transactions over the past few years with the Bluewater Partnership Group. I have sent them thousands of dollars worth of property and saved myself thousands of dollars doing so!
They have always treated me with respect and honesty. I have also sent Bluewater many of my business associates to do business with them, and never had any problems.
I don't usually go on complaint boards, as most of the other happy clients. (It's alyas the same, sour, unhappy people writing things on these boards)
The hardworking, honest guys at the Bluewater Group are getting a bad repuation for no reason. That's why I wrote this comment. I know there are some bad people out there, but the crew at Bluewater are not!

"chuckieboy" funny how you say there is no chuck at blue water, but when you were at international marine, you went by charles, cd, chuck and skip. Now you say there is a "skip" at blue water.
When you call blue water and ask for charles sabella the "new guy" says, can I ask who is calling? Charles is listed as the resident agent for the company. I would think that someone working for a company would know who the owner of the business is. After a long hold a guy claiming to be dave goodman answered the phone and i asked to speek to charles, of course no charles i then said how about skip, no such person here, ok then what name is chuck, cd, charles or skip going by now? None by any of those names work or have worked for blue water. If that is so how is charles sabella listed as resident agent for both, the reply i got? hung up one.
You know how the saying goes if appears to be and smells like hores*&%$, it probably is. people just be very careful.

So give me a call, and let me know why you are making false accusations about someone you don't even know? I heard about when you called from the Gentleman. You asked for me first, then hung up. Then you called back, and asked for 'chuck'. When my associate told you there was no chuck here, you insisted on talking to him. So give me a call, and let's straighten this out.

I sold my car through Bluewater Partnership. Never had a problem got it paid off. Payments on time. I mentioned it to my cousin who has (had) a nice Grady White boat and he put it through the program and has had no problems. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

Just some information for those who were screwed NMIG, International Marine, that pompus [censor]#$%^ aka, CD, Chuck, Charles, Skip (how appropriate) or any othe name he used to elude people he screwed. It appears that he is alive and well as Bluewater partnership group llc.
If you go to the Michigan Dept of energy, labor and economic growth, CHARLES SABELLA IS THE RESIDENT AGENT FOR BOTH COMPANYS.
Lets hear the response to that.

That's funny. "Chuck" doesn't work there, ey? Well, I called this morning and I asked for "Chuck" knowing full well that he now goes by the alias "Skip" and the male receptionist said, yup, just a minute" then he caught himself and said, "no Chuck here" and hung up on me! Way funny. You got some smart ones working for you now Chuck, don't you. They are proving to be your downfall and demise! Lovin' it! Make sure that you screen who you hire, you never know who is looking for a job now do you! Better do some pretty heavy background checks because you may have already hired your downfall, dummy!

I have had my 2003 Sea Ray Sundancer though there program since June of 2009 and so far all of the payments have been made on time. I have no complaints yet and if everything goes accordingly they will have saved me approximately $15, 000 that I would have had to pay the bank for my negative equity. As far as I know there isn't even a Chuck that works at Bluewater Partnership Group. I think this guy is just hating on the company for whatever reason.

I am working with Bluewater right now, so far they have been good to work with.

I just requested my deposit back, not because any thing that I have read, but I have found a boat and financing on my own.

I will up date this blog, with good or bad input, depending on getting my deposit back.
