Halifax International Visa Assistance is an illegal consultancy services. They were known before as Green Leaf Visa Documentation Services. They change their name so that they will not be caught fooling people.They claimed that they are a consultancy services for Canada. We paid them almost Php 100, 000. When I sent an inquiry to the Canadian Embassy in Makati, Philippines, they replied to me and said that there was no application under my name and the unique number and application number that they have provided me belongs to another applicant that was rejected long time ago. They manipulated the email that they sent to me to make it appear that it was from Nova Scotia and that they were just forwarding it to me. So they were able to collect from us almost Php 100, 000 for visa services. I even took IELTS trusting that they are legal consultancy but they were not. They moved to another office address and now the Canadian Embassy is now trying to locate them and they have been calling all the other clients of Halifax in order to get more information and trace this illegal consultancy services. I hope this complaint gets searched through Google so that people will know that Halifax is just trying to get money from you.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

You need to prove first that all your post in this site is true and correct and under go on the legal process and you have a legal basis before posting anything...once you have posted in this site it cannot be deleted anymore.

Hi, I have been trying to reach Halifax since last year, 2016. They did not bother answering my queries through SMS. They do not even answer my calls until today. Last Friday, 26 January 2018, I went to their office in Mandaluyong. Apparently, the guard said they moved to Ortigas. I do not know how legit that is. But my concern is that, until now, I could not reach them. They are not pick up and they are not answering my phone calls!

I have paid halifax/ Green Leaf as well but they have not returned my money yet. They promised to return them last December 2015 but until now March 2016 no money received from them yet. Please contact me and be true to what u have promised Green Leaf or Halifax Immigration Consultancy.
We were also scammed back in 2012 or 2011. Around 40K pesos were taken from us. I can be contacted at my email libradilla@yahoo.com for more information. The numbers I contacted are not anymore replying to text messages.
