iHerb / didn't receive my order
I haven't received my products after almost 2 months, i made my order on the 5th january, and it's the 25th february, i didn't get any refund either. They refuse to refund me. I chose your company over many others cause i believed you had a great service and i was planning to become a regular loyal customer as i order my vitamins online.
I should at least get a refund or a discount or something like that.
It shoudn't be the customer's responsibility if there was a problem with his order.
