H&R Block / HRB Digital - very rude desk personnel

Yesterday We went to H&R block brought my friend to file income tax there. And I am a regular client too. I have my 5 y.o with me doing her pee pee dance. But I patiently waited for our turn and asked this "lady" if they have bathroom as my daughter needs to use a potty really bad. She told us to wait! And she went around cubicles as I watched her all she was doing was walking around just pretend she was busy. Then my 5 y.o was begging me that she is Ready to per her pant's . So I approached the same lady again and asked her is we can use a restroom. Then she started raising her voice at us in rudely manner. Telling me Sorry! Im busy! Then I told her I can't let my daughter pee in her pant's. Then she rudely replied again. Its not my fault if she Pees in her pant's! Then i told her you don't have to get mad? All we want is her to use bathroom..?! Then she turns back on me in rudely manner! You! Were mad first! I was like shocked! Wondering what did I do wrong?
I couldn't understand why she acts that way! Not very professional to their customer!
