Great Fun - Unauthorized credit card charges

I have been charged $16.99 for more than 2 years now. I called a year ago and after a long wait on the phone they said that I agreed to those charges when I purchased a ticket through spirit. I asked them to cancel my membership right away and they said they would cancel it but they didn't cancel it and kept making the charges to my account. They owe me now over $400.

Desired outcome: Refund of all the fees

Great Fun - charging my credit card fraudulently

To my knowledge, and after a diligent search of my records, I never signed up for ID Secure service which is apparently offered through Trilegent Corporation or some subsidiary thereof. I have been charged (on a credit card I never use) $139.99. Upon investigation, I found an unnoticed $129.99 cahrge from last year. As far as I can tell, and I see other...

Great Fun - unauthorized charges

Unauthorized debit card transactions have occurred for 6 mo. before I noticed this fraud. With such a small amount of $11.99 it was easy to slip through each month. However, they obtained my information with out my consent and violated my privacy and had I ot noticed would have continued to do so. I have o idea what this company is and what I should have...

Great Fun - unauthorized charge

I, too, was debited an unauthorized charge to my checking account for 12 dollars. I have never purchased any service from Trilegiant Corporation/Affinion Group. I receive product and service offers in the form of rebate checks. I am not cashing or depositing them to avoid high charges to my checking account. I am pursuing a refund, as I have NEVER purchased anything from them.

FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION

They have already been fined and sued for doing this, and it has not stopped them yet.

The FTC can shut them down if everyone complains
