HHgreggfailure to honor warranty

I have been trying to have my washer and dryer fixed since the day I purchased it and brought it home. The first two years was under manufacturer warranty. I've had seven different repairmen come out, all of which gave a different reason or explanation as to why they aren't operating correctly. However, no one could seem to get this washer to spin. HHGregg is now saying there is nothing more they can do even though there is still a year warranty. I'm tired of calling and being given the "run around". I've learned a valuable lesson and will make sure my friends and family never have to learn the hard way the way I did. I'm so dissatisfied with the lack of customer service that I wouldn't take another HHGregg product if it was a gift!
