Herbal Groups Virility max

I called this company after seeing a TV ad for a "blue pill" alternative.
The sales lady over the phone kept encouraging me to buy their "better blue pill" and insinuating that it was a generic Sildenafil (Viagra) which I had already been buying from another company.
When shipped, the pills were merely a men's dietary "supplement" which has strong claims printed on the bottles about their sexual effectiveness.
After 5 days of taking the recommended dosages in which I had sexual activity planned, I found the pills to be totally inferior and ineffectual to even other similar men's sexual supplements that I've purchased over the counter which are far more effective and far cheaper in price.
I contacted their customer service by phone and email. The phone customer service agent offered to refund my near $100 credit card charge with the return of the pills ( at my own postage expense). She said it would take 2-3 weeks for my refund.
OR...Here's the HUGE RED FLAG...she offered to refund me $50 TODAY on my credit card!
Tell me that doesn't sound like a shady deal from a questionable company!
Something like a bribe to take the money and shut up!
That's why I'm here now to record a formal complaint.
The emphasis of their original sales pitch to phone customers like me has all the factors of "bait and switch" techniques- talking about Viagra and Cialis drug product, but then switching you to an enticing offer of their (well-scripted phone sales staff) "better blue pills".
Which I've now found to be similar to a mere placebo.
This whole transaction and every response to me from Herbal Groups has been an absolute farce!

Desired outcome: Immediate full credit card refund of purchase price

Herbal Groups Herbal virility max.

I called in after an advertisement for pills similar to the blue pill. I placed an order for what I thought was that product, and they sent my herbal supplements. I called and griped about it, but everyone just told me to call customer service. I never have time to wait on the phone for a rep. I left it alone but now I noticed that you have taken money from my account twice. I would not have noticed except for thod time I received more of your pills which I don't want. I have all those I was sent the first time.
The worst thing is that you have shared my information with other businesses and they are sending pornographic material that my children have seen in my mailbox. I am very upset. I want all my money back in my account and I will gladly return all your pills.

Desired outcome: Take me off of yor mailing list and return all my money to my account.

Herbal Groups Unauthorized credit card charges

I ordered supplements from HerbalSC.com over the phone when I saw an advertisement on the television. I made the order on Jan 4 and paid with my credit card. I received the order on Jan 13. When I got my credit card statement, there were 2 charges for $2.95 each on Jan 15. One was to Teledr4less and the other was to IDsweep360. When the 2 services were called they said I had ordered. They were going to charge me $99 monthly for each service. The services were cancelled. They said I ordered on the phone call made to HerbalSC on Jan 4th. At no time did I order any other services or free trials. I feel like HerbalSC is a big SCAM.

Herbal Groups pain patches/diet

For all of you people thinking everyone involved in this company is "in on scamming you" think again. A lot of these call reps are lead to believe they really are helping people and working for a reputable company. They do what their told to do in order to get a paycheck. And another thing, if some of you would read or pay attention during the billing disclosure, you wouldn't have a problem!

Herbal Groups herbal groups diet max patches

I've tried this product for a week I've seen the results and also there is bruising around the area where I had the patches I've been trying to call and cancel my 14 day free trial and no one is answering the phone and they keep saying they're closed I would really like to know if it's been canceled or not I left a message and everything and I only that it is made me very hyper it made me sick one day and I didn't like it

Herbal Groups ask for sample they sent several

Ask for sample they needed a credit card for the postage.they sent several bottles. I have e-mailed them twice and no answer I have called then twice and can not get through.I just want to send every thing back and stop the use of my credit card.at this point I do not trust them. I received my package and i was under the impression from all the negative reviews that Id have been taken advantage of! THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. The sales rep was clear and I agreed to the terms. I am 120% satisfied and appreciated the good salesmanship their people shown me ! Thank you Herbal Groups for all your help!

SCAM they will make unauthroized charges to your card. You will have to change or cancel your card. BEWARE. SCAM THeir numbers to cancel do not work. Cancel your card quickly before they keep charging you!

Herbal Groups Scam

I ordered a free trial offer and paid shipping for $5.99. Weeks later I received six bottles and my credit card was charged $99.87. I tried to reach them by email and they no longer receive emails. I called customer service and music plays for 15 minutes and the call just ends. Then they automatically charge your credit card and continue to send you these products every 2 months. So now I have to cancel my card. This is a scam!

Herbal Groups The website does not work and the phone number keeps disconnecting

I ordered a FREE sample of this product- Intra Cleanse which stated you had to pay shipping and handling and you would receive a FREE sample of this cleansing product. Once received, it states on the information insert that if you do not return the unused portion within two weeks your account will be charged $88.73! The website does not work and the phone number keeps disconnecting. I did reach an operator and she put me on hold, then the line was conveniently disconnected. I WILL be getting to the bottom this even if I have to contact a lawyer.

This is a west coast company, call during their business hours and you will reach someone! I have had 100% success with Herbal Groups and more people need to understand the terms as well as exercise and diet to improve their results!

Herbal Groups Naturally Young Intra Cleanse

I also was mislead by this company's add for a "Risk Free" trial. I expected to pay the shipping charges to sample this product, then discovered I would be billed $88.73 for the product. Many of us apparently missed this information in the fine print of the Terms & Conditions. I am not interested in doing business with a company whose business practice is to catch people unaware. My experience, so far, has been better than some. I had only the shipping charges (That I had agreed to) on my credit card statement. I did not open the product. I emailed Paul Avila @herbalgroups.com. I also called Customer Service at [protected]. I received immediate response and was assured from both places that I could return the product, and would not be billed. I will watch closely to be sure it will happen this way. (Paul Avila made an offer for me to try the product, at NO cost, then just reorder if I chose to. I was not interested.) Since Mr. Avila wrote eloquently that Herbal Groups is a reputable company, I wrote back that I could not trust a company that would use these promotion practices. Perhaps it would help if they received many such responses from potential customers.

I should of come on this site first and seen all the complaints before I ordered. I received my shipment yesterday with two extra bottles in it of which they plan to charge me at the end of 14 days. I called twice yesterday and left my number for a return call and received no response. As with the others I agree this was a spam and we are getting taken. However I used my credit card and I will see if I can get these charges stopped before they occurr. Again the American public gets taken for a ride.

Ordered free sample from ad off internet in conjunction with acai berry ad as seen on Oprah. Received free sample but then a couple days later my account was charged for the product. Tried to call several times and email as well but can't get through either way so they keep billing my account and sending me more product. Left a voicemail message for them and mailing back product to them.

If you send your product within the 15 days (including from the date shipped) back to the addresses on the packing slip they will cancel your order and you will not be charged the 89 dollars or whatever the case is. I had the same problem but caught their trick before I was ever charged. I hope this helps.

Herbal Groups scam

I sent away for the intra cleanse system for $5.95, when I received the product there were 4 bottles in total in the envelope and I was informed that I would be charged for the products in 2 weeks if I did not send the bottles back to them within the 2 weeks... problem was I received them 2 weeks after ordering them. I tried calling numerous times, left my name and number several times, sat on hold this last time for over 30 minutes before someone picked up and when I stated that I would like my money back and that their products were on the way back to them, the man on the other line told me we " have a bad connection" and the line went dead. This is the biggest scam and I am now determined to get my money back no matter how.

I just had the same thing happen to me, after a few calls that I didn't answer, I decided to call the number 973 area code, they said they were the herbal group and I was interested in male enhancement. After I asked if they were based in New Jersey the girl hung up, again I called back and told them I was just called, apparently they have a small group of people working for them, the male who answered told me they didn't call and he then promptly hung up. My only concern is charges on a credit card, if they got my phone number and name why couldn't they get my credit card number. Did you the 27 yr od get charged. thanks

I have never ordered anything from this company, on 4/1/2011 they called me at 10:pm (their time) stating I had ordered a male enhancement product. I'm 27yrs old I don't need that yet and did not order it, they did have my name and phone number correct. I stated again I never ordered from them, the caller told me I must have forgotten. Again I'm 27 I don't forget and would remember ordering this type of product. She went on with her spiel while I was asking her why she was calling and where she got my number. She seemed to get flustered and hung up. I will be checking my cc# to make sure they don't charge anything I never ordered or received. My phone ID gave the number as [protected]. I called them back, they did not answer.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered the Intra Cleanse product. It was a FREE TRIAL OFFER. Just pay $5.95 for S/H, Which I did. Then I get this Naturally Young product which came in 3 different bottles. I am sending them back and I refuse to pay anything else.

Not only did the same thing happened to me as previous writer but in addition...my step 2 bottle still had the plastic wrap losely wrapped around the top but once opened it did not have the inner seal. Red flag went up and for some reason I decided to count out the number of capsule and was short ten. In short, not only did they scam me out of close to $90.00 but gave me an opened bottle and was short of capsules. Going to complaints.com and everywhere else I can place this complaints.

30 day risk free trial of intra cleanse kit...sent 60 day and included letter stating there would be a charge to my account if I kept any of it. The charge would be $88.73. I paid postage and would be required to pay return postage after 15 days. Nothing is free here!

How about you all start by listening to the calls! if they arent using your name and you still agree then you have to have your head examined! Diet and exercise is needed to lose weight, the cleanse is an aid to maximize your benefits. When i got my call, the rep was clear and explained everything to me. I asked questions and listened to the answers, no one forces you to buy. Accept responsibility for your choices and stop blaming others. Diet products are NOT MAGIC! the same thing isnt going to work for everybody, you have to put the effort in to get the results.

I went to a Acai Berry site and did a 14 day free trial thing for Acai Berry pills and when I went to go check out it asked if I wanted to add Colon Cleanse pills too for an extra 5.95 shipping. I said sure and I originally thought all this was from the same Acai Berry company, but it was not. It was from two different companys. Herbal Groups was the second one. I called to cancel the Acai Berry after 14 days of online shipping purchase and I did NO problem. Then I call after 14 days to cancel with Herbal Groups and they told me that they would give me a deal of $55 instead of $86 dollars if I agreed to try it for the recommended time. SO stupid me, said sure. They weren't working for me so I called to cancel my account and made sure that I was only going to pay the $55 dollars like they had said before. They said yes. So I waited and waited for them to charge me and they finally did about 3 weeks later! But it wasn't for $55 dollars it was for $70. Then I get a call from them later that day and they say that they've sent me a free complimentary gift in the mail and that when I get it I need to call them back. Well I told them that I did not want the gift and he said that it had already been sent. I went through the whole spill about how I already cancelled my account with them, they over charged me the first time and that I did NOT authorize for them to send me more stuff. And he goes on to tell me that I just need to call back when I get the package. I said "what if I don't" and he said, nothing's going to happen to you if you don't, but it's best that you do! And then he hung up the phone. Well I finally get the gift in the mail and it is those DAMN pills again. There was a piece of paper in there saying "Thank you for your purchase"! So I call them and go off! Telling them that I have a big family I need to take care of and I can't afford to pay all this money to their scamming company. I told him that I recieved another package and he said oh yes... that is your month's supply you asked for! I did NOT ask for another month's supply... I cancelled my account! So he said he listened to all the recorded phone calls and it said that I called and purchased more pills and that I authorized them to charge my card another 44 dollars. I was so pissed at this point, I told them that I was contacting the police and that I would be turning them into Better Business Bureau and asked to talk to their accounts manager. I get on the phone with him and he says the total opposite of what the other guy said. Told me that my account was charged once $70, but that they never promised to give them to me for $55. That was a bunch of bull! Then he told me that they were going to cancel my account now and that I would not be charged again for the complimentary gift part. I didn't believe them. So I asked if he would send me prove through a conformation email proving that my account had been cancelled. And he said NO! And then when getting off the phone he said "I'm a man of my word... goodbye Mrs. KING!" That is not my last name. They are totally scamming the HELL out of me. So I had to cancel both my husband's and my card and have our bank send new ones. Hopefully I won't get an email from them saying that I owe them money, because they definitely owe me! I'm contacting BBB today and turning those F'ers in! They do not belong in business! I've definitely learned my lesson and am now a much smarter woman!

I totally agree, I rec'd this order on Feb 25 and tried to cancel prior to March 11. They would not cancel the order. I had to call my bank and they said the charges were pending on my account. In order to dispute the charges I would have to file a claim after the charges were posted for payment. This is scam and I should have known better. Anyone out there thinking of doing this, DON"T...This is a SCAM

Another frustrated person who fell into this ridiculous scam!! I've tried calling to cancel my "free" haha products--[protected] left a message, [protected], e-mailed [protected]@herbalgroups.com and there was a delivery status notification (undelieverable), tried www.naturalyyoung.net and web page expired, tried [protected]@naturallyyoung.net and same thing...

I also was scammed i sent in for the free trial and paid ship & handeling and was charged 88.73 to my acount, and sent stuff that i did not order. I guess i wont be just loseing weight, i also lose a whole crap load of money!

I wished I wouldve found these reviews before I ordered. SCAM. I did actually get to talk to a person, but it was a foreigner and I couldnt understand him hardly at all. Get an English speaking person to answer the phone! UHHG. From what I made out I will have to PAY to ship this crap back, or I will be billed $88. I think i'm going to the bank to cancel my debit card, because I have a feeling that they will bill me anyway. I'm so mad. From now on if Walmart doesnt have it, I wont buy it. No more internet orders. I feel really taken advantage of.
I also have a feeling that this is just a laxative that I couldve got at any store.
When I placed my order there was no mention of ever having to pay for my free bottle. Only shipping. When I went to their website today it no longer says that!
I can see how you could lose weight just ordering this, all the hassle will defintly make you lose your appetite.

I saw a debit on my statement and also fell victim to this scam. However, I did receive a person on the line and he said that he would have his people credit my card. I normally will not do ads like this but sure did make the mistake of doing this time..

I also was caught up in the scam. I received the intra cleanse with some free 'stuff' and only had to pay shipping. I did read on the website to cancel within 14 days, which I planned on doing. The phone numbers that I had were never available when I attempted to call and cancel. It either sais system busy or we're so busy with calls leave a name and number. I emailed them and received a response immediately stating thanks for contacting us we'll get back to you in 3-4 days, still nothing. I was charged the fee after 14 days and was able to get a phone number off my credit card statement (not toll free). they said send back the unused and we will credit your account. That hasn't happened yet. Hopefully there will be enough complaints to look into this scam.

I also fell victim to this scam. The advertisement was posted on my browser page by a woman who testified that the intracleanse product was beneficial. She also testified to the fact that it worked well in conjunction with the Acai Berry pills. Both were offerred as a full size sample of the product for free with only shipping charges required. When I received the products, there were no invoice numbers or any information with my name on it. And, of course, the letter stated that I will have to pay >$88.00 for what I received and that I will be receiving the products every 2 weeks. I tried to speak to someone and was disconnected three times. I was given strange names by the people I did speak with. I hope this fraudulence can be attended to asap since so many of us already have been involved.

i ordered a colon cleanser shipping charges only were to be charged. i got things i did not order and before i could send them back they took $80.00 out of my account without my permission. now i can't even get them by phone, the number1-[protected] is a dead number. the web sight cannot be found either, what can i do to correct this?

Herbal Groups false advertising

I ordered the free trial offer. I received in the mail six bottles of intra cleanse. Little did i know there was only supose to be two. I paid the $5.95 shipping and handling for the free trial offer and it was deducted from my debit card. Three weeks later an additional $99.86 was deducted from my account without my permission. This is clearly a scam. I have to return the bottles before i can receive my refund. I f i receive my refund. Something needs to be done about this company!

Herbal Groups False Advertising

False Advertising. I agreed to try a FREE bottle of Intra Cleanse Step one and I agreed to pay to shipping fee of $5.99. Today I received a total of 6 items that they shipped to me without my consent and was notified they are billing me in two weeks for over $88.OO. I called the customer service line and spoke to a representative and she told me to call back in two weeks, I responded with a no and she laughed at me. I told her I want this stopped now and she told me to send all the unopened bottles back to me. I asked her to reimburse my credit card for the shipment she sent and she laughed again and said no and in addition she told me I would have to pay to have them sent back to them. THIS IS SUCK A SCAM!

After receiving more products than I expected to received, I decided to check this company out and saw the numerous complaints. I, too, tried to reach customer service to find that I could only leave a message. I called my credit company immediately and closed my account. Hopefully, I reacted quick enough. Lesson learned!

I had the same problem with this company. I checked my credit card statement and they charged me extra. When I call they said the charge on my credit card included shipping and handling. I hadn't received the product yet when I called them, so I wanted to cancel it before I received anything else or had outrageous charges on my credit card from them. The lady I spoke with on the phone said that a shipment had already been sent out even though it had only been six days since I had placed a two week free trial and that I would be charged $59.95 on my credit card and I told her no that I didn't want it. She said to call back in two weeks and they would cancel it if I didn't want it. I told her no at least 3 to 5 times and that I didn't want anymore charges on my card from her company. She finally gave me a cancelation number. I sent an email to the company and got a reply that day. They said they would issue a refund to my card. Thanks Guys, you saved me some time and money. Canceling a credit card over somthing like this is more trouble than you can imagine utitil you have to do it. But that is the only way out.

I also purchased the trial product for what was supposed to be 5.99. Also, received a bill for the 5.99 and another for 88.00 when the product arrived. The letter that came with the product indicated to call the number to cancel, which I did, I waited almost a half an hour listening to a message telling me that someone would get to me soon, and then suddenly I was sent to a mailbox and asked to give my name, phone number etc. I gave them all the required information and never received a response. I am still getting this stuff and it is being charged to my credit card and I am having a very hard time getting in touch with them to have it ended. The product did not do what it claimed to do, I get headaches across the top of my head when I use them and some lightheadedness. What a rip off...

I also was mislead by the promotion for Herbal Groups Naturally Young Intra Cleanse. Apparently we all missed the fine print in the "Terms and Conditions" that explains how the billing will proceed. I do not choose to do business with a company whose intent is to catch customers unaware by hiding this information in the fine print (Even if it is legal.) My experience so far has been better than some. I only had the shipping charges, which I had agreed to, on my credit card statement. I emailed Paul Avila @herbalgroups.com, and also phoned Customer Service at [protected], saying that I would send back my (Unopened) bottles, and expected to not be charged. I was assured both by email and by phone that I could indeed return the product and not be charged. I think it helped that I had the original order # that I was given when I first ordered. (Paul Avila offered that I could try the product for no charge, and just reorder if I wanted to. I was not interested.) I will watch closely to be sure the above has happened. Since Paul Avila wrote and eloquent note telling me that Herbal Groups IS a reputable company, I explained that I was not interested in doing business with a company that uses these promotion practices. It might help if they get many such responses from potential customers.

My nane is Yesenia and I too feel the same way... I have been trying to get through to [protected], I've been on hold for 20 minutes or more, I could never get through to anyone... I also tried to email them as they instruct using the email (support@naturallyyoung.net) the windows says that, that is not a valid website. I'm so frustrated. I just called my bank and had them xc my debit card, I hope that no charges will come through.

I was just contacted by a rep from the company named Jason, and he soooo nicely tried to get me to buy the product at half price and stated that if i disagreed then let tehm know, well i did now he tells me that we can not return the product and get our money back like the add states, so I think that all of us that have been ripped off by this company should contct the BBB and see what they can do

Herbal Groups Rip Off- Supposed to be free trial- charged $99.86 plus shipping

Placed an order with Herbal Groups Inc. after seeing an add on nation wide TV for diet products. The add stated that it was a free trial but I was charged $99.86 before I had a chance to return the product. I have reviewed this company on Google and have found numerous complaints similar to my experience. When I tried to call Herbal Groups about sending the order back I was treated to a free ten miute piano concert and then a disconnect that hung up my phone, tried three different times and got the same results. I used a credit card to pay for the shipment and was told by my bank that nothing could be done about the charges but, in order to prevent further charges, was advised to cancel my card and I did so. This company should be put out of business by the California Attorney General and be made to make restitution to all that ordered their trial product.

I ordered 1 product of Intra Cleanse, and sent it back a week later. I called them and they said I would continue to be billed the $88.73 every month. So far they have gotten into my account and taken 4-5 dollars out every week or so. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!

I just want to thank the people who posted their complaints online, they saved me from a great headache and possibly saved me a bundle of money. I just got a call from "Herbal Group", I have no idea how they got my # but they gave me the line about just paying S&H at the low price of $9.95 this low price, from what I'm reading could have cost me hundreds. Thank You all again!

I agree with this complaint from woodbury Tenn. Herbal Groups, Inc is a scam. They say the product is free to try for 30 days but they charge you $99.89 before the 30 days are up and you do not get a chance to send the product back at no charge if it does'nt work for you. Which by the way it does not work. I have tryed to get in touch with them at the #they give you if you have a complaint but can never get through to them. I want to say that if they take any more of my money out of my credit card I will sue them for out and out theif.
