I placed an order on December 2nd. It is now April 10th and I still have not received my order. I have contacted them MANY times and rarely received a response. In mid-February they told me that if my order was not shipped in 5 days I would receive a full refund but nothing happened. I am currently trying to figure out if there is a way to legally force to refund my money because I have a feeling I will never receive my order. Unfortunately, I am probably just out $67 :-(

    If you used a credit card, contact the card company and dispute the charge.

    Same thing happened to me...however, it was a month and a half late. They didn't answer my phone calls or my emails. Luckily, I paid with Paypal and disputed the change. They finally responded back with a tracking number. Turns out, the tracking number is going into a different state. I immediately called paypal and they refunded my money.
