Garry Vacuum / suction loss

The vacuum is losing suction...have cleaned all pathways and hose/handle for blockage. I do not want to spend $50 plus for a return of vacuum. Garry will not sent replacement til I sent back bad one. Will never buy again or recommend it.

    Dear daddyo87111,

    I work for the Garry Vacuum company. Please make sure that your diverter switch is completely engaged in either mode. If it is not, it will effect the suction of the vacuum. If that does not work, please email me directly at marya@garryvac.com and I will assist you with a replacement. Just so you know, we ship the replacement to you first and then ask you to return the old one to us. Thank you.
