This person is advertising fake crap on Craigslist. I have reported them to CL, but they need to be shut down. Isn't it illegal to sell replica anything? Here is the Craigslist ad: http://buffalo.craigslist.org/clo/1971046713.html, and this is just in Buffalo. They're probably doing it all over. When asked to prove authenticity, he obviously could not. He's selling counterfeit boots, and by the looks of her site, selling counterfeit everything. Should be shut down.

To be clear, I have not purchased any boots from this seller who is advertising on Craigslist.

When I questioned the authenticity of the product (prior to purchasing), the email response I received from Freshland stated "The Uggs i have are variant Uggs...which means they were made in the same factory as the originals...but not considered 100%...thats why the price is really cheap...But i can assure you you can't tell the difference...The boots in the pics are actual pictures...My price is pretty much half of what they cost in the stores...They even come in the same packaging."

The bottom line is that this seller is purposely misleading people by not including this information in the listing and trying to sell the boots as authentic Ugg Australia boots. They are FAKE. Consumers beware!

I recently ordered a pair off Craig's list as well and was lied to and then after receiving the boots I sent email and was told it was defective and that I would be sent a new "official" pair of boots then waited 2 weeks to get reply back to me then when he did he said "oh u did want a refund, correct?" and I said that would be fine. He asked for my address then to send him pics of the horrible quality of boot (that I was teased for wearing) they were that bad. He will not contact me now after I did everything he asked even said I would send him boots back and he said there was no need and now I'm stuck being out money and cannot even wear these boots and very upset. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT OF BACK HEEL AND IT COLLAPSES AND LOOKS VERY CROOKED AND IT FEELS YOUR WALKING ON THE SIDE OF BOOT.

Hey Freshland, YOU should be the one ashamed of yourself. According to an email you just sent me when I questioned the authenticity of your product (prior to purchasing), you state "The Uggs i have are variant Uggs...which means they were made in the same factory as the originals...but not considered 100%...thats why the price is really cheap...But i can assure you you can't tell the difference...The boots in the pics are actual pictures...My price is pretty much half of what they cost in the stores...They even come in the same packaging." Yes, they may be good counterfeits, but they are FAKE! Same factory, yeah right. You are purposely misleading people by trying to sell these as authentic Ugg Australia boots. Shame on you.

This is the owner of freshland and you can google my store and site...i have been selling for 6 years and this is the only complaint i have on the internet. This person that is complaining about my store never even purchased anything from me. So how can she sit there and bash my store...she was very rude when when contacting me and i believe she is selling boots as well...maybe trying to hurt my business...she should be ashamed of herself...
