falsely banned for life
I had been a paying customer for almost a year with this site. A few days before my expiry date I tried to log in and it said I had been permanently banned with no explanation. I had lost a lot of my coeso I wrote to them twice asking why.
They responded with my profile was not up to their expectations.
What I wrote on my profile was no ladyboys and no prostitutes please. I broke no rules and never write bad messages. I do not know why I was banned but I only want to get into my profile to get my contacts back or see the person responsible for this fired as it it obvious that it is a descrimination

There are no real people on Filipinocupid and I can assure you that 95% of female are fake. I am extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and money and that I did not read the reviews.
The worst part is that I can't cancel my account. I can't do that myself and I need their help and here comes another problem - I can't reach anyone from Filipinocupid support! They don't reply and I don't know what to do. I checked the reviews and realized that I was not the only one who had this problem. Don't join this dating site!

I never used the website www.filipinocupid.com, but two weeks ago these jerks started to take money from me. I met a guy on Filipinocupid.com and we dated online for a while. All his words were very convincing and I have really fallen in love with him. He scammed me for $6000 and only after sending him money I realized that it was all fake from the beginning. Don’t use websites like that.
