FairySeason / items not received and refund request denied multiple times.

I purchased a shirt for my best friend on December 10, 2016 received an email that it was shipped the next day. We are now almost into February of 2017 and all of my requests for refund are being answered by canned responses and the subject of refund is skirted around stating please wait another 5 days and if item is still not received we will offer a better solution or to check with the contact name on shipment and with the local post office to see if item is received there. I've searched and searched for a contact # for their customer service and I cannot find anything.
