I placed an order on April 20, 2007, for 5 Ink Cartridges which was accepted via confirmation code the same day. The order was "Processing"

As of May 23 the order still has not been received. No response back from the company after repeated, yes repeated attempts. They totally ignore you.

I had to purchase cartridges at another store with a higher price eventhough I had placed the order in plenty of time.

These people should be put out of business.

Do not buy anything from these crooks!

I ordered an inkjet cartridge from ezInkjet.com and three months later I still did not receive anything. They sent me an email saying it was shipped, like two month ago.

Their customer service is basically nonexistent - they do not reply to questions on their online "customer service" - if you call them you always end up in a never-ending waiting loop.

I think the whole company is just a fraud. Maybe they never even ship anything and hope that people will not go through the hassle of trying to get their money back.

Ordered 4 cart. for my HP Printer back on 2/2/07 , finally received 2 black cart. on 3/21/07. The last 2 color cart. received 4/20/06... DAMAGED (looked like they were run over!)

No way to contact them, the costumer service # hangs up on you or tells you the mail box is full ( Like it always is!) Sent the 2 damaged cart. back on 4/21/06 with all the paper work... NOTHING as of today 6/8/07... 4 months plus... should have got 'em at Wally World and SAVED the aggravation! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ezinkjets has a formidable website. Having made purchases from them about 7 times the past 4 years I felt quite confident in placing an order for printer cartridges and paying by CC on February 22, 2007. I immediately received an e-mail that my order was shipped 2/23/07, and should arrive within 7-10 days. It did not happen, attempts to get action from them has proven futile. E-mails go unanswered, phones put on hold. I am now pursuing refund from my cc.

I ordered 3 cartridges for HP printers. 2 cartridges arrived; the 3rd was on back order. After 2 or 3 weeks passed, still no cartridge. I sent 2 or 3 e-mails a week or two apart, and to date ... a couple of weeks later ... I still have not heard from this sorry company. In my last e-mail I asked for a refund and told them I didn't want the cartridge any longer. They have not acknowledged my e-mails with an answer. It will be a cold day in hell before I order from them again!

Easily my worst experience buying on the internet. They lie about shipping and can not produce tracking info. I never received any of my purchases.

If you choose to do business with this company - make sure you use a CREDIT card, not a DEBIT card so that you can do a charge back against this company... and you will have to do a charge back, I assure you.

The worst company I have every dealt with. A scam. I ordered some cartridges, I paid and they were
supposedly shipped immediately... A month later and they are still not here. I left two e-mails and
just got form mail back. I called and got put on hold, finally talked to someone and they couldn't
give me a tracking number, said it shipped without one! Oh yea, they sold my email to a spam company too.

In Oct. of 2006 I ordered two inkjet cartridges for my printer. With in 3 days they had charged my credit card. Four weeks later I received my ink, but they did not fit my printer. Sent both back as per the EZinkjets web site. Got e-mail conformation that they received the request for refund. Another 3 weeks later still no refund. Sent another e-mail with no response. Called customer service (now we are at Jan. 2007) they said they checked and had not received the ink back but the returns go to a different center wait two weeks and call back. Called back in 2 weeks - said rec'd - now my name is on a list for a refund check. Called back two weeks later--still on list. Now I am calling every week-still on list. Contacted my credit card co. and it is to late to do charge back. Now I can't get them on the phone... Guess I am out my money. This is a BAD COMPANY THAT IS DOING FRAUDULENT TRANS.

At the recommendation of the Federal Trade Commission (Everyone should file a complaint with the FTC), I took the company to Small Claims Court. The company sent a refund check that bounced. They now have until 05/24/07 to refund my money by US Postal Money Order. If they do not, by issuing a check they could not cover, they changed the complaint from Civil to a Criminal Court matter for Fraud and Contempt of Court. I will post an update. Court case does include the cost of filing as well as what you're owed.

I Sept. of 2006 I purchased the set of ink cartridges in good faith and followed ALL the companies directions- the cartridges did not work. I requested and recieved a Return Merchandise Authorization and returned the set of ink cartridges. I have tried since then to contact the EZinkjets company as to when I will get my money back (at least 20 times) and when I call their TOLL charge number I get a different person to answer the phone and a different answer as to why I have not gotten the refund. The last !0 calls I made to EZinkjets resulted in a computer generated answer that says " mailbox is full-goodbye". The EZinkjets company advertises that all purchases are satisfaction guaranteed 100% or refund of the buyers money. I think 9 months of trying to get my refund is MORE than anyone should have to put up with.

Ordered 5 cartridges march 29th, 2007. I never received them. I have called and called and sent several e-mails. Was told they were on back order. Also, i was owed a$20.00 credit 8 months ago; again i never received the credit.

Today is july4th, 2007. I still have not received my order. It's to late to have my credit card company give me a charge back. I have been doing business with them for 5 years. I have never had a problem before.

I have had it with this company. Do not do business with this company!

Ordered both color and black/white ink cartidges. After 4 weeks, no cartridges. I was told 3 times that the order was being shipped. After much complaining and multiple emails I was sent dry cartridges. Again I complained and was told to send them back and replacements would be sent. Finally they stopped answering my emails and you were not able to talk with a live person on the phone. Never received replacements and the company would not give me a refund. The internet company is now known as Inkjets5.com, so I suggest that you do not buy from them either.

On 12-31-2005 I ordered and paid for twelve (12) Lexmark Pre-Paid Mailer Refill Service envelopes, at $8.99 each for a total of $107.88 on order number 175304. There were two (2) other items on this order which I received on Feb. 04, 2006. I have not received the refill service envelopes. No one will answer the companies telephone number posted on the web site, and no one will respond to my many - many emails requested the items be sent or my money refunded..

This is the second time I've had a problem with the delivery of my inkjet compatible cartridges. The first time, I finally got results after three attempts at contacting them. This last time, I ordered a large order on 2/21/07. I never received them, but they were VERY PROMPT on debiting my checking account. On 3/19/07 I sent an e-mail requesting fulfillment of my order. I made a second request on 4/9/07. Absolutely NO RESPONSE this time! So, I called the number they listed and got a recording with no options to talk to "personnel who didn't have the ability to answer my questions" even! I am so frustrated, that I will not be doing business with this company any longer. I have done business with them personally and at my office, and they will be losing a significant account between the two of us, as I do newsletters and programs for my church at home as well as using four computers at my office. It is SO FRUSTRATING. And after the first problem, they send out a message that they had had some delivery problems recently and to be sure and contact them if there were more problems! And who are you supposed to talk to? Computers don't answer!

I ordered 6 cartridges for my Dell printer, but ez inkjets sent me the wrong cartridges. Then, months later, they sent me the right cartridges, yet non of them worked. The first black and white was grainy, and finally stopped working altogether. The other black and whites did not work at all. The color did not work at at. The company changed its number twice. Now both numbers are no longer in use. I have sent numerous emails yet the company does not answer them. My contact person was named Sofia Valencia, when my initial cartridges were returned. Now she isn't responding to my emails, nor anyone else from this fraudulent company. They should be investigated, sued, and forced to refund those customers that they have ripped off. What a scam they are running! Put them out of business smb.!

Add me to the many chumps defrauded by ezinkjets.com. I ordered a multipack of cartridges using a code for a special discounted deal. It took them a few microseconds to charge my credit card, only a few more minutes to confirm shipment, and then no length of time has been sufficient to actually fill the order. The order was placed about nine months ago. My complaints have been largely ignored, and worse (they occasionally send a lie about either order fulfillment or processing my request for a refund). For the past month, they've failed to respond to any of my several dozen inquiries and complaints.

I ordered 2 ink cartridges for my Lexmark printer on September 27, 2006. After repeatedly contacting the company and listening to their promises, I still have no cartridges. If you contact the order desk, you will get a real person. However, they usually can't forward you. The other options on the phone are not available. What a scam. Today I sent a letter to them with copies to the State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Probably won't get the cartridges, but at least I get to squawk about it.

Ordered cartridges in October, received in December - but just half of the order. Phone number shown on website is fake, no one will ever answer you. Email and online messages - no one ever replies. No other way to contact them. I have simply been cheated, and no one to recover the missing order.

They may be under new management or it could be a trick to the unsuspecting and by renaming themselves, continue to cheat people.

I, too was schnookered by this company (ezinkjets). I had a receipt, which claimed they shipped it. Never got my stuff or a receipt. I made numerous calls and emails, and the name charged on my credit card was not the name of the business but was Christine something or other.

There are many other ink companies. Go there instead.

I ordered a continuous inkjet system from EZinkjets for my Epson printer. I could not get it to fit, so I returned it. Never got a refund, nor could ever contact the company. Never answered my emails, and the phone line is always busy. CAVEAT EMPTOR, let the buyer beware.

I sent a check to EZinkjets.com in November, 2006 for 4 cartridges. The only thing that is EZ for them is to steal peoples money, they cashed the check and sent 1 cartridge months later with a "QUALITY CONTROL HOLD ON MISSING ITEM" letter. I have been unable to contact anyone since and I am sure I never will but not for lack of trying. I was also promised a refund but I am sure I will never see that either.

Over the past year I have talked to this company more than six times trying to get a refund for a purchase I never received. I have been told repeatedly that they are undergoing a new system to handle refunds. Today, 8/23/07, almost a year from my 9/08/06 order, I am out about $50 and the phone number is now non-existent. Chalking it up to experience, I will never order online without checking out the company with the better business bureau; I suggest you do the same.

Update of previous posting: Criminal Complaint of Fraud filed against Christina Corral. Police also unable to reach company on phone. She failed to appear for Court 06/29/07. Warrant for arrest issued. Unfortunately, this is only effective if she should ever come to MA. Will write to CA State Attorney General's Office and will update complaint with Federal Trade Commission. I hope this helps other people.

I order three ink cartridges on 6-26-06,they sent me the wrong ones, i sent them back, they said they would refund my money, but never did, i call them they said the money should at my house in couple of weeks, here its a year later and still no money, a company that should be in the toilet.

I agree this company is a scam, I order some ink cartage from them back in Oct of last year, I have yet to receive a refund. I had my lawyer send a letter telling them they will be sued, they sent me an email saying they will give me refund, that was 3 months ago I'm still waiting.

They are crooks. I sent them $82 for ink back in 10/06, they sent it out about 2 months later after promises, but wrong ones. I finally sent back in their pre printed address form. OOOPS, got lost in the mail and they never received (yeah right).

So then they email me a us post office lost in the mail form. They get another $82 for the "lost" ink and still they cant cut me a check to date because, Christine at xt 307 is having issues getting their check cutting company to work.

BS all the way, they are thieves and if I had a pitch fork and frying pan I would march down to CA with you all and get our money back.

I ordered fom EZInkjets on 3/4/07 and have been trying to get the order sent but no one seems to care. I have call and talked with someone many times with the same answer (it will ship in 2 weeks out of stock) when I asked why th e site said it was in stock I was given an answer that they would send an email after your order saying it was out (never got that type of email). When I asked for my money back the answer I got was (there is nothing I can do". There is an extension # of 307 that you are suppose to get help from but so far I only get a mail box that is full.LOL!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I purchased two ink cartridges which were defective. I returned the cartridges and requested a refund as they instructed me to do. I repeatedly called to find out my refund status. I had great difficulty in getting a response. I finally sent a fax. An email was sent from customer service@ezinkjets.com saying they would submit a request for my refund which would take a couple of weeks. I was told to call [protected] and press 1 to talk to a representative if I had any questions. I waited a month (no refund) then called and the representative said she had received no requests the last two months to process any refunds. There is nothing happening at Christina and Co./EZinkjets. They are walking away with the money. This is FRAUD!

I had the exact same problem with EZInkjets. I never got the correct product and never got a refund. At this point it seems useless to complain anymore. It appears that in spite of the fact that there are hundreds of complaints against this company they continue to rip people off all over the U.S. The State of California also doesn't seem to give a crap since they are doing absolutely nothing about it. What should happen is that a good attorney somewhere should file a class action suit against these ### and make them pay so much as to put them out of business. Ripping people off seems to be a good business in this country, but government doesn't give a ### for us.

Sub: Bad and missing cartridges

Almost one month ago I purchased three different cartridges for my printers. I was billed by my credit card immediately. I received only two of the three and both of them were empty and will not work with either printer. No response from emails. No phone support. Requested refund or exchange with no reply. Called my credit card company and currently I'm disputing the charge.
They are a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order at EZInkjets.com 2 months ago for some inks... it seems that they forgot to ship it out, and several weeks after I placed the order they sent me an "oops" email. I waited another couple of weeks for that to come, and when it didn't I sent an email, to which they replied (after a week) "we'll look into it,". Another 2 weeks passed, I emailed yet again to say, 'forget about me again?". Today I finally got irritated and called to physically talk to somebody... and they hung up on me. When I called back, the representative told me they were out of the ink I wanted (a very standard Epson ink), and that they would send it out... in a couple more weeks. Sure you will.

On #/15/07 ordered two color Cartridges of ink. I called and was informed by a recording that i should email them and they would get to me in no later 48 hours. No one called. They are operating under EZinkjets.com on the internet when they try to collect on the credit card they use 'christina and co' but never send the products. They depend on you not notifying the credit card co. before they get paid by it.

I have been trying to get refund for the $69.99 continuous ink system since 10/06. Can not get hold of any one. I have filled out all kinds of form, several emails and several phone calls. Now they tell me that there is some legal issue so that the refunds are scheduled to be sent near future. No one seems to care about customer service but they have enough staff to take your money.

Ordered two print cartridges on Feb 16th. Called two weeks later to see where my order was. Was told to wait a few more days. Called back 3 weeks after placing my order and they said they would put a trace on the order which would take 3-5 business days. 4 weeks later, still no word, no order. Called and spoke to representative who said he could re-send the order priority. Now 5 weeks after the order, have not received. Tried to call the customer service number, and could not speak with a live representative. My bank has now charged back the order. After researching on the net…seems I am not the only one with this problem.

I order with ezinkjets.com for about 3 times, first 2 times was pretty good actually. But the 3 time is just unacceptable, they are not scam, but customer service and quality suck. I placed an order back in Nov, 2006, as of today, product has still NOT been process. There were no trace number, all emails are response after 1 week.

That's it, no more ezinkjets for me...

I've been waiting 4 month and i still haven't received any packages. I filled complaints online and request for refund no response. The emails they send was your order is shipped. This company is a fraud don't buy from them.

I'm having same kind of experience.
I’ve been waiting my order for more than 3 month. (And still waiting)

The problem of ezinkjets.com is, they don't share their information. And have same consensus for each other.
Phone customer support is always saying, “OK, we will go ahead and resend our product”.
E-mail always answered, “Your order has shipped”.
Then later they tell me, “Your order is holding for quality controls purposes”.
Would some one tell me please! How can I trust them.

I ordered two cartridges from this company October 11, 06 online, have tried to call numerous times, faxed and mailed letter. Have heard nothing. What a rip off! As of today, December 9th, have not received a call or the cartridges.
