These guys are scammers - the items are not "authentic quality" and not received with genuine warranty or tags. In my experience not only did they send the wrong item but a poor quality fake of a different one after a wait of over 4 weeks for customs clearance. They certainly do not honour their statement "Customer satisfaction our #1 priority". Said they sent out a replacement item but for some reason seem unable to provide a tracking number after six weeks waiting? Don't waste your money they're RUBBISH!

I recently purchased a bag.I received the wrong colour and it wasn't leather. I contacted the company, and received a generic automated email reply. I have requested a refund on a number of emails( as their website clearly states they will refund items). I have received no reply from them and no replacement. They are not replying to any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hi, just letting you know there are lots of red flags with this site.

Firstly, they have no (genuine - or otherwise) business address listed on their site for where their business is. Nor a phone number. Or even an email address. It's best not to buy from sites where you have no idea where they are located - it can (and often does) cause difficulty trying to contact them if something goes wrong. Especially if they're overseas.

Secondly, the website was only registered in June 2010, and only for 3 years so they're likely to close down in June 2013. It was registered in Amsterdam, so perhaps you could contact www.consumerauthority.nl (if that is actually where they are based), and inform them of the site, and that they're selling (likely) fake goods. Most countries these days have stiff penalties for firms dealing in fake brand name items.

It's good you posted your experiences so others can see and hopefully not be caught out too.
