I wanted to inform everyone about the owner Zac Hary that operates Drone-Works. He uses social media in order to inflate his positive reviews by using multiple accounts that he controls. He will use multiple fake accounts that were created in 2015 and ask questions related to the best place to purchase a drone. Zac will always immediately chime in and namedrop Drone-Works and then use the same fake accounts to suddenly vouch for him. Since he is a moderator to many groups, he also filters the comments with deleting any negative comments against him or his company. I would suggest that everyone buy from a credible DJI dealer that can treat their customers with more respect and integrity.
Drone-Works aka Zach Davis is a fraud! Spend a couple of bucks on Truthfinder and you'll see a very shady person. Has had warrants for child support owed. Several tax liens on his property. His home address is New York but the business address is a PO Box in Florida. I honestly don't know how he gets anything done with all the tax sheltering he has been doing. Look him up and you will see A-1 Express Automotive - DUNS # [protected], Droneosphere Corporation - DUNS # [protected], Nationwide Roofing 607 LLC - DUNS # [protected].

NEVER BUY from Drone-Works, what a unprofessional company. Buy from any competitor to avoid the wrath of cursing and obscenity's from these people.
AVOID WWW.DRONE-WORKS.COM AT ALL COSTS - SMALL COMPANY THAT CAN'T DELIVER ANY OF ITS PROMISES, RAN BY A RUDE AND ARROGANT MAN CALLED ZAC WHO SEEMS TO THINK HE CAN BE RUDE AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE IDIOTS BY CONSTANTLY FOBBING THEM OFF...WELL, I CERTAINLY DIDNT LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT!
All I can say is I wish I read all the negative reviews of Drone-Works.com before making an order for £1.5k, not just the reviews here but all over the internet people have been giving negative reviews. It gave me huge satisfaction cancelling my order and now spreading the word to warn others so they don't have their time wasted and money taken by this idiot.
The owner Zac is a complete waste of space, the most obnoxious person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He lies about products being available when they are not (again don't just take my word for it, google the name and see the other reviews for yourself!). He never emails you with any updates - ever, you always have to go to him for an update, and then on almost every occasion he arrogantly replies with a rude or at best sarcastic response basically telling me to just shut up, stop bothering him and I'll get my order when I get it! He has been rude to me on almost every communication - I have all the emails to prove it, He has a massive ego and attitude problem, and constantly tries to give off the impression drone-works.com is a substantial business. When I had enough of his bull and rudeness, and read all the other negative reviews out there I asked for a refund, and of course that was late and it took him several weeks to refund me. No apology at all for anything. He never admits he is wrong, every complaint or criticism just gets rejected as being absurd and untrue!
He makes out Drone-Works.com is some big successful business which it is far from. There are also many reviews out there stating that they have received second hand spares and products which have just been cleaned and sold as new.
Sorry Zac but you only have yourself to blame for all these negative reviews!
I agree and rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional for any business owner. I asked about the new Nano and he gave me a false response and lied about the delivery/shipment of the drone. I then responded to him that I knew the truth about the shipment and delivery and this is how he replied:

Thanks for posting. I was about to pull the trigger on a Mavic Air purchase but these reviews gave me pause. I can't comment on the validity of the complaints but there seems to be enough material for me to look at other options.

He is angry that he could not ripoff drone works and that paypal denied his bogus claim
The complaint is absolutely right about Zac Davis of Drone-Works, he actually scammed me and I am currently going through complaint and filing charges, Theft by Deception. He claims to be a certified DJI Repair Facility for the Inspire 1 and that other repair facilities on the east coast send their equipment to him like Drone Nerds. When I asked Drone Nerds they deny his claims. Please do not fall victim to this guy, when I received my drone back I had errors and could not fly my drone on the third try it would not even spin up. He blamed me and made accusation I must have crashed my drone and did not answer my calls for days until I filled a report with PayPal now he wants my drone that I payed my money for to try to fix the problem he caused and did I mention when I got my drone back it was missing a lot of screws as if I would not notice plus when I wanted my parts hydro-dipped he sent me parts that were previously dipped and used from another drone and the patterns did not matched and he sent back used parts when I gave him NEW parts. So if you want to deal with this scumb@g who name drops, and scams customers for parts go to him but be warned he will scam you and when you call him out be on the lookout for threatening phones and by the way he will tell you his brother is a cop as if they were in cohoot together.

He is the owner. I have heard you send your drone in for repair, you never get it back and he sells the parts to other drone owners. Stay far far away from this guy. I cant believe he keeps trying to scam people like this.
This person is not and has not been a customer of drone-works.com don't know who it is, but this is a complete fabrication.
