I purchased several upgrades from them and also had more money taken from my account with no explanation and I did not order anything for those prices, you can't get a hold of customer support..No matter how many times you call it says they are having very high call volumes and your wait time is about 10 minutes after being on hold for about 20 minutes you get cut off, I have tried everyday and the same thing everyday! Everything came with a 60 day money back guarantee and 24 hour support..I have gotten nothing but emails saying that I made a mistake by not taking the deals and that I need to purchase the program just like I never have, but I already did!

Presicely as 'cantuckygirl' above: call volume delays, excuses, '24 customer support' WHAT a joke. They sent links with passwords that didn't work. When I just finally got fed up with the constant 'upgrades' ( you give us more money and we will share our secrets) and no CS support, I called to cancel 3. calls ( twice disconected during transfer) I was told that I would receive an email to which I was to respond to confirm cancellation---accssing the page with a Password that didn't work I called my cc company and said stop payment to these SCAM Artists. WOW. all of a sudden the phone is ringing off the hook from their reps and 'training company' . Hmm. Na you just get a very bad taste in your mouth and realize that regaqdless of what excuses they offer for their 'non communication' you wouldnt be able to trust them nor would you want to be affiliated with them.
