So, I had a really bad experience with DivaTress. I tried to cancel my order, but they shipped it out anyway. They lied to me and said they hadn't shipped it yet, but then they did. The customer service reps were really unprofessional and didn't seem to know what was going on. They weren't transparent at all. When I asked to cancel my order, they just said "done" and didn't give me any more information.

Now, I'm on the phone with them trying to get a refund, but they're telling me I have to wait for the order to arrive, refuse it, and then they'll issue a refund. It's going to take two weeks for me to get my money back. This is ridiculous.

If you're looking for a wig, DivaTress is a great place to start. I found that watching youtube reviews beforehand helped me choose the right wig for me. The selection is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable.

However, I did have one issue with the free delivery promotion. If you spend over a certain dollar amount, you get free delivery, but it's through USPS SmartPost. This service is painfully slow. Fedex or UPS actually picks up the package from the retailer and then delivers it to the local post office, where it usually sits for 1-3 business days before being sent out to you. If you want to get your order in a timely manner, you can schedule pick ups, but this kind of defeats the whole delivery promotion idea if you have to pick up the order yourself anyway!

Despite this, I would order from DivaTress again. I just wish I could pay for shipping to avoid USPS SmartPost.

When I asked if I could request a different shipper next time, they refused to let me pick a different carrier. I've never been charged customs fees from EMS, but UPS always charges customs and broker fees, which is frustrating.

I then asked in the same email on August 8th if I could get a return label, but I didn't hear anything back from them for a long time. In fact, I emailed them five times and still got no response!

But, they still didn't answer my question about a return label. It turns out that if you want to return an item, you have to pay out of pocket with your own money to return it. And, if they choose to deny the return, you don't get your refund. So basically, if you return an item/hair and they deny it, you now just returned the item and gave them extra money while they refuse to give you a refund. That's just ridiculous!

My name is latrecia woods and I cancelled a order from diva tress I was suppose to get a refund for a total of 67,80 back n my card well I only received 32.00 back on my card they owe me 35.00 I emailed them about this issue concerning my money I was told that all the money had been put back on my card and that I needed to take a screen shot of the 32.00 dollars well their is no way I can take a screen shot I called my bank and was told all that was put back on my card was $32.00 not the total $67.80 my bank says it's on divatress to refund me the remaing amount of $35.00 and they refuse to take responsibility for them not giving me my whole refund.

I have never purchased from Divatress but they have kept my phone number on file and continued to contact me to make purchases when I never consented to this. It's likely they will have my personal phone number from when I would have attempted to place an order but once they stated they couldn't ship to my address I couldn't finalize that order and completely exited from their website.

Their messages also don't include anywhere to unsubcribe from this service and no one is willing to contact me back to assist with this and considering they contact me from a different number everytime, it's not an easy solution to just block them!

I bought a wig from DivaTress and I am very disappointed with my experience. Wig that arrived was incorrect and looked absolutely nothing like pictures on their site, it was a completely different item and its quality was very poor. I called DivaTress support and asked for some help and assistance and they said that I can send it back for replacement. As I already said I was not impressed with the quality so I told them that instead of replacement I want to cancel my order and get a refund. They said they need to discuss that with their manager and asked me to call later. When I called back they did not pick up. They do not reply to my messages and I have no idea how to reach them, phone is also useless, they do not answer it. Horrible!
