I moved out of state 2 months ago. I was told I would receive my security deposit within 15 days. I have yet to receive it. My last bill was paid in full and I owe nothing to this company. Every person who works here reads one of five speeches and they all contradict each other. They tell you one thing to get you off the phone but when their statement proves to be a lie again you find yourself calling for the 10th time in 2 months speaking with yet another useless representative who only knows how to say one sentence. If you have the option stay far away from these people. They are absolutely useless and could care less when it comes to giving you your own money back. I am now having to use legal assistance on my side because these people are just awful.
