CNA / Defective tablet
In august 2015 i had purchased a verssed tablet through CNA. in march 2016 i picked up a fault with the LCD & returned it to CNA pavilion. i was called a month later & told to come in store to pick a new device. when i arrived at the store i was told that the verssed tablet was discontinued & that i was to pick another tablet of the same value. i did not want to pick a new tablet as the available brands were not to my liking. i was told that i could not receive a credit to my account or even a gift voucher. nor was i allowed to pick any other item to the same value in store. it seems that i am getting bullied into picking something against my wishes. please assist.
