TERRIBLE!!!TERRIBLE!!!TERRIBLE!!! AFTERSALES SERVICE.
Stay well away from this company if you value aftersales service on your expensive motorhome. All this company is out to do is get your money and give zero service to any problems you might encounter afterwards. If you try to contact them through their joke of a telephone system, which if you dont get cut off straight away you will definately get passed to the wrong department and passed around before being asked to leave your details for someone to get back to you. No one ever returns a call and i do mean never. We called and left 32 messages to be called back about sorting out problems and not one was returned leaving us no option but to go there and sort things out face to face and waste time and fuel when things could have been sorted out on the phone. Incidentaley if you ring and say you want to buy a motorhome they are on you like a rash. Once you finally get past them avoiding you and constantly lying through their teeth at every oportunity they take forever to sort things out often up to and over a year leaving you to drive around in damaged and faulty goods that they charged you a fortune for. We personally encountered three seperate problems with our motorhome and encountered the same crap service each time. They ordered wrong replacement parts, forgot to order parts and just downright lied about ordering others and when they finally booked us in after putting us through so much stress they even managed to damage our motorhome twice while repairing it and handed it back filthy even when it was delivered to them immaculate. PLEASE, PLEASE do not part with your money to this firm as they will only cause you heartache and stress over something that cost you a small fotune and should be a pleasureable experience, we wish we had gone to a smaller family run business for a better and more personal service.
ALSO TO NOTE IS THAT THEY CHARGE NEARLY DOUBLE FOR THEIR SERVICING THAN ANYONE ELSE.
