It been now asking for 14 times to that refund since the beginning of January! It took 5 emails and 4 phone call (to a recording box) to just have a respond!

I signed up for free subscription got charged without my permission for a membership i don't know exists, unable to contact any one in Brad Wozny or the so called Real Estate Rolodex have sent letter to their address on thier site but it got returned, they filed my non payment with a credit bureau, for a service I didn't know i had, send no invoices, obviously didi have my CC number or they would have charged -- as far as i can see the whole organization is a BIG SCAM
