I placed an order and paid this company. I have never received the product. After numerous emails and phone calls they have not gotten back to me about my product or answered my request for refunds.I have not received any correspondence from this company. Affer submitting a second request for a refund of my money.
I started calling. Once my call was answered and a man told me that he would get back to me but never did. Then I get a request for payment! I hen forwarded emails below for proof of payment and stated that if this refund request was nor upheld, I would file a formal complaint with the BBB and FTC and proceed from there. I have never dealt with a company with such disregard to its customers. It is disappointing.
Everyone who deals with this company should do three things
1. Blacklist them and the name of the recipient with moneygram or western union ~ however paid
2. Request copies of the ids the ‘cashier’ used for pickup
3. Register a scam complaint for their website with google
Additionally possibly register na online complaint with ftc and des - these can be done online
Whatever country you are sending to the omeny transfer company will have agtrements with local police - at a minimum they can prevent these individuals from getting anymore and it might make their lifes uncomfortable if they have to bribe the local police no to go to jail All doable by distance working through moneygram and western union
I had the same experience as you. These guys are scum and that’s an insult to scum. Took my money then tried to tell me they needed more for insurance! Unbelievable! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
