I tried ordering the 10 day trial for $5 that the junk mail that came to my house said I could try by calling [protected]. I had to sit though at least 5 minutes of ad read by the order rep. Had to say NO to 5 offers to join this or that, then no to the buy 3 bottles get 3 free for around $200, or the buy 2 get 2 free, or buy 1 bottle, or 2 10-day trials, before I got to the ad offer of 1 10-day trial. Credit card taken early in the call so I could verify I said no to stuff by telling him again the last 4 numbers of my credit card. He checked one last time before the end of the call that I was just ordering the one 10-day trial for $5 plus $4.95 for shipping. No mention of autoship. The $9.95 posted to my credit card the next day. Seven days later, a charge for $29.97 posted from "BIO Q 8*HEARTHL BIO Q 8*HEARTHLTH [protected] FL" so I called the number on the statement which is the number on the invoice I got with the sample. Took a few tries even with the order number to find the order. He said the second charge was for the autoship of 1 bottle for 30 day supply. I told him I was not told about that and the invoice only said "If you are a Smart Health Memver with VIP status (which I said no to), you will automatically receive a new shipment every 30 or 60 days charged monthly to your credit card." He said it was sent the 1-28-10 which was only 2 days after I actually received the trial pills and only 7 days after ordering. I told him to cancel any future shipments and if after I had a while to see if there was any noticeable difference after taking the pill for a while, I'd find some other place to order from.

Oh, and of course they take orders anytime, but the number to call and cancel or get refunds is only open Monday-Friday 5am to 6pm CST.

Of course a salesman is going to try & sell you something but when they continue to charge your account (they did this to my 76 year old father) after you explained, in clear English, that you do not want the product and are still charged for it that is fraud. @blahblahbla one must assume you are a salesman/woman otherwise you would obviously be able to see through the b******t this company is spewing. Either that or you may be a ###. Might wanna get that checked out!

When you call a SALESMAN to buy something they will obviously try to SELL you things. Because they are SALESMEN. Why doesn't anyone understand that?
