This product was offered to me as a Free Gift for answering survey questions regarding service while using United Airlines website! For shame for in effect high jacking a legitimate website. Do not be fooled by this company...I also notice that everyone seems to have a different brick and mortar address for this company. Do they have to keep moving around?
Scam
I ordered a trial with Biogeniste for their eye cream. I never subscribed to anything with the company and they have scammed my card. They are saying I signed up to their products and I have not received anything. It is shocking how this company operates. I rang them and they were so rude saying they cannot refund and I should have read the terms and conditions. I have cancelled my card and I am now reporting them to the police. Other people should do the same. I want this investigated. I am disgusted they have been dipping into my account since October and I only noticed today when they started taking bigger amounts.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
NO MATTER WHAT TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU CALL AT APEA YOU END UP ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST TEN MINUTES AND NEVER GET ANYONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE. THIS IS CLEARLY A WAY TO AVOID PATIENTS NEEDS. WE WHO ARE FORCED TO USE APREA BECAUSE OF OUR kAISER MEMBERSHIP. FIND THAT A PREA IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY GOING IN ANY INDUSTRY.
They fool customer and didn't provide ordered things
I signed for the trial on the website of BioGeniste. I checked the company after that and found a lot of fake reviews and it turned out that their trial was fake. A lot of people were fooled and they didn’t get the promised stuff. After that I waited for news from the seller, but of course they fooled me as well. I wanted to find other deceived people, who were fooled by these artists. We need to stop them, so please post your comments.
Received wrong item
I ordered two samples from the company BioGeniste. I paid for my order, and the payment went promptly. But I received completely opposite products, and I contacted the seller and asked to change it. He agreed and took the samples back, but after that he didn’t respond to my emails. As well as he charged me for $150. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this company.
I have never heard about a 30-day trial.
I ordered BioGeniste trial anti-wrinkle cream. It was shipped and then I cancelled the order. They billed my credit card for $84.76. I resent their counting from the moment it was ordered and NOT from when it was tried. Since I can NOT use it, I would like a refund to my credit card. I have never heard about a 30-day trial.
