Never heard of these people before in my life... Its on my statement as "autovtg" which is what? A auto place? Well I don't even own a car. I just filed a fraud case against them through my bank and hopefully I will get reimbursed my $15.99 and the over draft fees that applied.

I was told I would receive a free gps for signing up for their service and 30 day free trial in january. I called 29 days after I mailed in my application and was told that I was not on file (February). My membership trial wouldn't start until I received a welcome packet and it would show a 'start date'. 60 days later (March) I now have a charge on my account for $15.99 and no mbrshp packet or 'free' gps. Go figure. This was application that was inside one of my bank statement from Wachovia. I'm on the phone now being told that my kit was sent January 14th. So why wasn't I in the system when I called in February?
