Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Arm & hammer peroxicare toothpaste

I bought this toothpaste around February of this year 2023 and didn't use it right away as I was finishing up another brand. I bought thinking it would whiten and also freshen my mouth as I always had a good impression of Arm & Hammer brand and thinking the baking soda would be a good choice. I started having symtoms of my mouth being dry, but not connecting it with the toothpaste as I've never had this sort of thing happen to me - I'm in very good health and rarely have any issues on anything. I started noticing the inside of my bottom lip was extremely sore and rough. I don't brush hard, so again didn't associate with that but kept trying to think of anything spicy or rough that I might have eaten. Then I was noticing when I would wake up from sleep my mouth almost felt glued to my teeth and hard to open my mouth - this seems strange, and again, still not associate it with toothpaste. I had gone to my dentist about a month ago and in my cleaning pack got a sample of toothpast for sensitive gums, so thought I'd try it - I was feeling better but still didn't think my problem was from the toothpaste. I used the new product for a week and went back and used the Peroxicare again, and immediately had a very severe reaction of very red and rough lips. I did tell a family member what I was experiencing. In the meantime I have a half of tube plus I recently bought a double pack which is not open. This product needs to be off the shelf with as many complaints as I have seen. I'm not sure where it's manufactured but this is a faulty product.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the tube of toothpaste plus the double pack plus this product taken off the market.

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. customer service

In all of my shopping experiences, I have never seen employees at your customer service desk and probably your manager behave with poor judgement and service. I came in for an item in your circular of 2/17. There was no inventory on Monday and none on the loading platform. I asked for a rain chec. After half an hour and having checked out with my other items, I left a very angry customer. If you advertise it and you don't have it, don't you either give the customer a like item instead or a raincheck? I was told by 4 different people that someone had to go in the back and put it in the system before they could write me a raincheck. I have done business with so many retailers over the years and have never seen such a ridiculous set up nor have I ever been put off the way these people did it. Your girls on the checkout were extremly helpful and kind. I am sure KMart will not be seeing me again. I think I would pay a little bit more for less aggravation somewhere else.

I am seeking advice as to what might be safe and
effective to use to remove blue stains all over my
khaki uniform set after using Arm & Hammer
liquid detergent. It appears the "blue dye" in it
is the culprit; nothing else was damaged in that
wash load, nothing "ran" or "bled" and no ink
pen was to blame. Their instructions include a
pre-treat option in addition to introducing the
detergent into water before adding garments.
This has never happened to me before and now
my uniform appears to be tie-dyed! RJ Taylor
