As posters were delivered far too late, I questionned how to get a refund and was told to simply refuse delivery and it would be processed. However despite numerous chasing by phone and email, still no refund.

    I have the same problem! I shipped my two posters via UPS with a confirmation number, and it has now been one month since UPS showed the posters being delivered to Allposters. I have tried e-mailing them about the refund and they keep calling me by a different name, and claiming that haven't received my return yet. Such crap. I completely advise against buying from this company.
